I prepared myself for a long wait & being told "there's a pandemic, we aren't taking returns" In I go, plates & receipt in hand. Greeter says her greeting & "Amazon return or store return?" I reply that it's a store return and she points me to register 8. No waiting... inhale, exhale... The gal at the register scans the items, hands me a receipt and my kohl's cash, while advising my card was credited. That was it. I thanked the gals there for making it so easy & fast. I was impressed!

I stopped into Kohl's recently and really enjoyed my visit but was hoping they'd get more bedding in stock. The selection of children's clothing is ample and I always get all my sweaters and jeans at Kohl's as they carry the brands I favor. I would love to see more leather handbags and totes. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. I always enjoy my visits to this store.

The store manager was laying it on one of her employees and talking down upon them....right in front of my face! I think her name was Tina or Tonya or something. Needless to say I will not be going into the store again as long as she is working. I seen tears in the girls eyes that she was yelling at! That's not good for customers to see as well as it is degrading to her employees to be talked down upon. Needless to say I like the store because it's the only store in town to get really good jewelry and merch from. She cut me off and said, "Then what do you need?" I asked again for the perfume I was looking for and asked if she could help me find it. She replied with an annoyed sigh, "No, I can't leave the counter"and turned away. My husband asked her, Well then is there someone who might be able to help find it? She replied with another annoyed sigh, "Ohhhh... yes, just a minute." She was clearly not happy to be asked to help and annoyed with the imposition of a customer. The lady behind me quickly commented, "She wasn't interested in helping me either. Please avoid the older lady with the Russian accent in the perfume section. A military move left me without many necessary items until they deliver my HHG. Half the store was a men's and boy's section. All items were organized by style, then size. Took me very little time to find what I was needing. Very efficient sorting. I was in, I was out, and on to my next errand. Would for sure recommend looking here first before buying new. As, most items were brand new, but at a slight fraction of the cost. Giving five stars for their 7 day return policy. Because even the most savvy shoppers like having that option. Kids don't like it, also women are changing their minds all the time. Simply return it within 7 days. Price is a bit more than Goodwill, but we can't have everything now can we? They also accept other items for recycling. Employees are very polite and helpful to explain the process and what they collect. They are keeping things out of the landfills. We all need to recycle and reuse. I've started to purchase used clothing to save the planet. I'm committed to buying as much cotton and other natural fibers and leather or bioplastics.
