After some research, I found out that there's only 6 stores in all of VA and only 2 in Jersey. They're obviously not that common. So with that said, I couldn't be happier that I stumbled upon this store. They carry a lot of different brands with moderately priced stuff like Hurley and Oakley to a little bit more pricey like 7Diamonds, Rock Revival, and Buffalo. They mainly have fitted t-shirts, button downs, and jeans/ shorts. You'll also find a small selection of men's underwear, shoes/ boots, watches, and jewelry. They do have women's clothing as well. It seems like they offer the same things for women, with the addition of dresses and a few more accessories. Though the store only carries about a dozen brands for men, they literally carry about 50 brands online! My only complaint is though staff is extremely helpful, they can be Vera little pushy at times. So make sure you tell them your just looking. Otherwise, they'll literally give you a dozen things to try on.

Ive worked at journeys selling shoes & currently work retail at a gift shop. After my last experience here i might just go somewhere else from now on. Aaron I think his name was, was extremely hard to buy my shoes from. First my friend wanted to order a pair of shoes they didnt have in her size & he sat on an iPad explaining "she should just do it herself because he cant loggin right now" she said that was "fine" so after that he asked her if we would combine our purchases because "it'd help him out a lot" i was really uncomfortable doing this.. her & I dont live close to each other & she was getting shoes for her children's birthday's but.. she agreed because he said we could pay separately. ( I was still confused why this was happening ) Well when it came my turn to give him my money I asked for the military discount ive used countless times at this store, Aaron immediately got defensive & weird about "I have to do a return if u want to use that because she already paid" I was so confused about what was going on the entire time. At one point he took my shoes out of the bag & threw them on the ground. I immediately asked "why are you throwing those on the ground" & he said "because you want to return them" so mad at this point i said "I work retail myself & this is absolutely ridiculous, can i please just buy my shoes so I can get out of here" he replied with "yeah i agree this is really ridiculously" ! Basically i just wanted to give him the finger. It upsets me i cant get good customer service when i do it all day, i know it can be difficult to smile & be helpful sometimes but ITS YOUR JOB!

I hadn't been to Express in forever, but I immediately found quite a few things that I liked online. This got me excited, so I made my way down to the actual store. I was really pleasantly surprised by my shopping experience. When I couldn't find items in the store that the website had said were in stock, the manager was happy to go in the back and pull them for me. They also matched the online pricing! I mean every single part of this shopping experience was stellar. I am now have renewed interest in Express and it perfectly matches what I'm trying to do with my mom style: elevated casual. She proceeded to ask if I needed any help finding anything and since I did not, she let me shop. Once she saw that my hands were getting full with clothes, she went ahead and set up a dressing room for me. While I was in the dressing room, she asked if I needed any help or anything else and I found that awesome. So many companies just hire whoever nowadays, but she was great! It's located near the Whole Foods in Short Pump and has a lot of free parking out front. You're able to do curbside pick up if you want too. I usually go inside because I enjoy looking at all their goodies and daydreaming about outdoor trips. In the past, I've gotten climbing gear, camping gear, and apparel here. While things are pricey, I appreciate what great quality their stuff is. And I while I have never used this before, it sounds like they repair the stuff you get from here for you. I just learned on a recent trip that you can use your receipt to get free access to state parks if you're a member which is so awesome. I'm excited to use this for Pocahontas State Park next time I go. The people are always super kind here and willing to help with any questions you may have.

They had there deal buy one get one free so I got two suits which wasn't bad. They did all the alteration and any alterations after that are free for life of the suite. They are a bit on the pricey side but I was well satisfied with the suits. So while I was there I got a few shirts and ties to go with the new duds. So if you need a suit or two this is the place. They will have you looking good in time!

The shirts on the shelves have thick layers of dust on them they've been there so long. No one greeted me or offered any help. I looked at both sides for shoes and clothes so they had ample time to say something. When I looked around I realized the employees weren't helping other customers either. One employee was on her phone cussing someone out instead of helping a family with sizes. The store smells and the carpet is in terrible condition. I did find some cute sweatpants but other than that the visit was off putting.
