I came on a Saturday so it was packed. Kylie was incredible. She helped me a lot at the fitting rooms. For all the pants I liked, they only carried regular lengths. I wish they offered the short length in store and not just online. I ended up buying a cute yoga set, sun glasses, a lace top, and winter headband for about $135. I find that things are a bit pricey here, but it is a common known brand. A lot of their things have sales on them too. Glad I stopped by, they have a lot of cute, cozy, and soft stuff. You give your ID and info and if they want to buy something you can get store credit. If you want cash, you need to make an appointment. As of Feb 2026, if you want to do walk-in it's only store credit that's offered. This is located really close to VCU so you're able to find a lot of trendy and art school inspired pieces. The main problem I has was with the poor service. When I finally got someone to wait on me, he didn't listen to anything I said. He asked me what size I wore and I told him a seven ( Dankos 37). The seven was to large and I asked him to bring a size six and a half ( Dankos 36). Instead he had me go on the machine to verify my size which was six and a half) He then finally brought a size 36 which was a little large so I asked for a size 35 to be on the safe side. He said Dankos didn't make a size 35, which in googling I found out was wrong. I didn't buy the shoe because of the poor service.
