What we received were boiled potatoes, cut in half the short way, then topped with spray cheese and bacon bits. Nasty!! The Caesar salad was rusty and the croutons were burnt. To top off the night, the waiter never refreshed our drinks, so the overly salty and tough steak couldn't even get washed down. The quesadillas looked a bit like a cheese crepe so avoid. The service was OK for Brasilia standards. They gave one member of our party the wrong side (he had asked for mac n cheese with his chicken but the chicken came with a loaded baked potato) and sometimes we couldn't find our waiter. It was gross. I was lucky I put it on my lettuce so I could scrape it off. The onion loaf is a little too thinly-sliced and heavy on the almost sand-like batter (I wonder if it was made out of farofa?), but the sauce was really good, like what I remember from Chili's onion blossom. If you arrive at an American dinner time, it will be completely empty, and service will be fast and waiters will be attentive.
