Probably the best massage I have had in years, so good I went back the next day. Not only did she give me a massage, she explained more thoroughly than my doctor about what was going on with my body. Following the massage she recommended exercises to help me with my issues. After the massage I had a great pedicure. The following day I had the top of the line facial with Celeste. Again, amazing. At first I was a little concerned about the price, but they were having a special that included special exfoliations and the facial was an 1 1/2 hours. I was not sure I could handle that long of a facial....time flew, she is so knowledgeable and explained what she was doing through the process. She does a great facial massage, arm, and leg massage. On top of that I was charged 50$ for a 5 minute haircut that left one side longer than the other. Normally when a person spends 200$ at a salon they leave there with a smile on their face and completely satisfied with the results. I was very unhappy to say the least. Two days later I returned to have highlights put in my hair to try and correct the issue. Now Aubrey not only told me but another new stylist who was shadowing her that she was putting lots of blonde highlights all over my hair. As I was hopeful for a positive outcome I was left with barely any color correction at all. A total waste of time. No blonde highlights whatsoever. Until Aubrey is more experienced and has confidence in her techniques she should not be charging customers top $$$. There will not be a return visit to this salon from myself.

The worst part was she let me walk out of the salon without showing me the results in a mirror. She lifted my hair color until it was literally orange and tried to cover it up with darker toner. Zero integrity & unprofessional !!!!!! Stay clear of this salon, low quality & below average color. SACHIA especially. She does not have the experience.
