Peter spent time on the phone patiently explaining the options for us. Sustainability, essentially zero environmental impact, UV inks (plus another layer to help with UV/vandalism prevention), and full recyclability are paramount to us. Also, since this was to be an exterior installation, he told me which direction was best to face these signs (N or E, rather than the current S for all the old ones!) His quote came in about $200 less than the company we've used in the past. I had three sets of previous PDFs that I had to use, which turned out to have several small mistakes with the potential for large negative consequences. Gordon helped me get the PDFs uploaded. And Theresa and I spent time going over each proof one at time to get everything "right". After a few glitches and a steep learning curve, the signs came out perfectly marked and corrected. I don't have any pics, yet. Staff is getting ready to install the signs.

It was a ripoff was charged $250, it took 4 months of waiting for the neon to be pumped, the owner was supposed to deliver the neon and transformer to the to office manager of my condo unit that I own since I live out of town. When I finally made it back in town I went to the neon shop (after 4 months) the owner wasn't there only an assistant, I enquired about my neon only to find that that they Broke It! I was incensed, I finally got the repaired neon a couple of days later only to find out when I got back to the condo that the color of the gas in the neon was not what we agreed, at that point I gave up. When you call the shop it's almost impossible to get a hold of him and he doesn't returns your messages. Avoid a headache go elsewhere!!

They do not get back timely and then instead of offering the simplest solution to try they are proposing expensive alternatives. After dealing with a couple of reps I finally got Emma who gave me the easiest solution and it worked. Our sign was down for a ridiculous amount of time and they don't care. I expected a product that costs this much money to be supported longer than 8 years. Be prepared to spend more money, sooner than expected to keep these signs up and running. We were willing to buy the replacement boards at a cost of around $5500 but were totally shocked to find out they are not available and it would cost $16K to fix our sign. They also attempted to sell us a replacement controller at a cost of about $1700 without telling us the LED boards were obsolete.
