They do not get back timely and then instead of offering the simplest solution to try they are proposing expensive alternatives. After dealing with a couple of reps I finally got Emma who gave me the easiest solution and it worked. Our sign was down for a ridiculous amount of time and they don't care. Our church will only buy local and stay away from Stewart.

Beware! Our $25K sign is only 8 years old and now needs new LED boards which are no longer…read moresupported by Stewart signs. Our option is a complete LED cabinet upgrade at a price of $16K. I expected a product that costs this much money to be supported longer than 8 years. Be prepared to spend more money, sooner than expected to keep these signs up and running. We were willing to buy the replacement boards at a cost of around $5500 but were totally shocked to find out they are not available and it would cost $16K to fix our sign. They also attempted to sell us a replacement controller at a cost of about $1700 without telling us the LED boards were obsolete.
