However, today was by far the worst service ever. I asked for my back to be mainly addressed, being that I just came back from a 19 hour drive and I got my shoulders and neck smooshed to death. During the chair massage, she went so hard with her elbows. She also forcibly twisted my back both times, without a chance for me to protest. I've NEVER had a chair massage or any massage where my back is twisted!!!! She went at it like she was on a mission to crack ever bone. It was uncomfortable and painful. I have back issues (cancer in my L4) and that have since flared up of pain in my lumbar spine since last Thursdays appointment. A word to ownership, NEVER, NEVER allow your employees to crack someone's back especially without first discussing it. You have no knowledge of prior conditions and it's extremely dangerous if you are not qualified. If I wanted my back cracked I would see my Chiro. Personally, I will not be back due to this.
