I never left the parking lot--she knows she could've swapped that out & went on about her business. But I just walked out because it was not even worth trying to argue over.

I went in looking for amanita muscaria and spotted a mushroom chocolate bar. I asked the cashier…read morewhat was in it and he said amanita. l asked him to make sure and he looked at the back and confirmed it was amanita. I bought it and as soon I got into my car I realized that the back says "does not contain Amanita muscaria or any of its components." It was lion's mane, a completely different type of mushroom and definitely not what I had asked for. I walked back in to ask for a refund and not only did he tell me that the store doesn't offer refunds but he also started arguing with me about mushrooms. He said that they can't sell amanita because they are illegal due to containing psilocybin. Psilocybin is the main active ingredient in most magic mushrooms and is a schedule I drug. Amanita is legal because it does not contain psilocybin; its active ingredients are ibotenic acid and muscimol. Also, if you think it's illegal to sell then why did you tell me that it was in your product? He pretended to be an authority on mushrooms despite obviously having no idea what he was talking about. He still tried to claim that amanita had psilocybin and then told me some contradictory things about the product. I'm still trying to figure out what "feeling like you're tripping without tripping" means. He tried to blame me because I technically had a chance to read the back before buying even though I asked him multiple times to check what was in it. I left feeling ripped off and frustrated, buyer beware.

In the past two visits to this store, I have suddenly become a very disgruntled customer. Around two weeks ago I enter the store for my tobacco and tubes. I silently go get the stuff I came to buy, set it in the cart my dad had to count the prices out for him and as soon as I got the stuff in the cart the guy yells at me several times to where I had to address him before I showed the prices to my dad. He was telling me that I couldn't put it in the cart but to put it on the counter. I had to stop and slowly explain my actions and proceeded to keep it in the cart and show him the process as he had asked me to do earlier. The guy at the counter was mad. I put it on the counter after a few seconds and proceeded to have him ring it up at the cash register. I had given my dad coupons for the tubes and we had left them in the car. As he was halfway to our vehicle to get them the woman of the couple that was running the store said, "It would have been quicker for you to go get it than to make him." Well, lady, I thought to myself, I'm not lazy. I answered her in reply, "Yes mam, it would if I didn't have blood clots (DVTs) in my leg." I paused for a minute or two to make sure I wanted to continue shopping here and I decided that if I couldn't be treated any better as a customer for over 8 years then I would take my business elsewhere. I stated my thoughts out loud and the man of the couple running it told me that it was just fine for me to take my business elsewhere. Dad and I left. Thursday I went to pick my dad up out of the hospital which he had been in for his heart. I had to stop by and get tobacco again which I did. My dad had pleaded with me to keep getting it at this store for convenience and I stopped again to once again buy it. When I walked into the store the same couple had the most ridiculous expression on both of their faces - as Satan had walked through the doors - and the lady of the couple ran away into the back room. The man only stood at the door of the room and I got the impression that they would refuse to check me out. I sat the tobacco and tubes on the counter and walked out. During the whole process, I did not speak a word. All I asked in the first place is to be treated as they treat the rest of their customers. I did not cause trouble. I spoke the truth about my feelings as for how they treated me in the first case and left it at that. I didn't even give them a bad review the first time. Now I see that I should have. It was this second instance of their poor behavior to my mere presence that made me decide that it was time that I traveled around the Internet to find review places so I could make their other customers aware of my situation. If the father of the son and his wife is leaving this business to them and they keep acting like this and treating regular customers like this, then the business won't be around long anyway. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!

Wood You sells items from many manufacturers. My husband bought a complete bedroom set and had…read moreWood You finish it for him. It was beautiful! When I needed a dresser for my bedroom, I just ordered it from Wood You figuring I would get the same. Unknown to me, my dresser was from a different manufacturer. I ordered the dresser, had Wood You finish it for me. When it was delivered, I was severely disappointed. The bottom of the dresser is not completely enclosed and the center between the drawers is also not one piece. There were missing knot holes, loose knot holes and rough knot holes in the drawers. The interior of the drawers were very rough, enough so that delicate items would be snagged. The veneer finish on the bottom of one drawer was pealing. The scant pieces that were on the bottom of the dresser were not square or level. When I brought this up to Wood You, they were happy to refinish and smooth the interior of the drawers for me for no charge. This is the only reason I am giving them four stars. Pay attention to the manufacturer, do not buy the Adams 61" 6 drawer dresser from Fighting Irish. I paid over $500 for the dresser and paid Wood You to finish it for me. I wouldn't give you $100 for the dresser. If I can figure out how to post pictures, I will. If I was Wood You, I would not include this manufacturer in my line up.
