Please don't take this review lightly; I am a parent and also a psychology student. My child was penalized for not being able to fall asleep and was put in time outs, in the dark, behind a door many occasions until I found one day what was happening. I know this because one day I got to this place earlier than usual during nap time and I find my son shaking behind the door. He was apologizing to me for not being able to fall asleep!! When I talked to the teacher she told me that he was supposed to fall asleep and fail to do it, and therefore she had to put him in time out so the other children could sleep. I brought this to the attention of the director of the program and she told me that this wasn't going to happen again. After this occasion I went back in a few occasions to make sure that my son wasn't in time out again, and to my surprised it was always another child who was in time out, in the dark, behind the door. I also witnessed some of the staff yelling at the children when they fail to follow instructions correctly. I found out later that my son had being also abuse in the same manner when one day, while at home, he described to me how his ears were hurting every time the teacher screamed to him to close to his face. Also, I wanted you to warn any parent that this school does not practice the real Montessori philosophy. They watch TV cartoons during what is supposed to be learning time. As parents we have the obligation to protect our children, please inform yourself before you choose this place.

Everything went smooth at first with the 30 hr classroom part, but the behind the wheel registration was impossible to do. Customer Service was completely useless and super rude too. They said we had to book it early which I agreed to at first but then when I checked at 6 AM on the day more spots opened up nothing at all showed up. I called them again and they the audacity to tell me to check earlier next time. I paid around $850 for this and they make it this hard to get a single class. My son hasn't done a single drivers class keep that in mind. On the day of the final I was told by customer service that my son could take it another day since he had no ride, due to a business trip I was on but then we received an email that the entire 30 hour course needed to be retaken. I contacted customer service again like usual and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They could've just told us before hand all of this and I would've tried figuring something out. He spent 4 months on this course just to retake it. Awesome Top Driver! They even charged us another fee to do the course again about 200 dollars which makes the total about 1000 dollars wasted on these classes. If it wasn't mandatory in school to take these I would've never put him in these classes. This company only cares about money and nothing else. There classes are infact useless. My son already drives amazingly and knows everything thanks to common sense. They also held him in their for an extra half an hour for no reason when the entire lesson was over. I didn't understand why they did this. This is just a waste of time for the children inside and everyone else.
