Anxiety, sleep issues, and fear of sea sickness since I am going on a cruise. Some years back, she helped me with the sea sickness, and it completely got rid of it. It was unbelievable! She starts off with an extensive questionnaire for you to fill out to get a good gauge on the issues you are wanting to work on. And then during your scheduled appointment, she spends a lengthy amount of time discussing your issues, your goals, and all kinds of other interesting and helpful things. When she records your session it is sent to you via text so you can listen to it at your leisure. I've only had the session recording for two nights and I listened to the session both nights as I was getting ready for bed. I fell asleep so peacefully and both nights slept incredibly well which is very rare for me these days! I would recommend Alisha for any issues you're struggling with! She absolutely amazing!

Inna has an incredible mixture of kindness and caring combined with directness and gave us specific tools that helped us tackle this issue from week one. Through the course of treatment, my daughter always looked forward to going and all the tools Inna gave her have translated into many more peaceful nights.
