And then during your scheduled appointment, she spends a lengthy amount of time discussing your issues, your goals, and all kinds of other interesting and helpful things. When she records your session it is sent to you via text so you can listen to it at your leisure. I've only had the session recording for two nights and I listened to the session both nights as I was getting ready for bed.
