I had these pictures done through my work and I have been doing this for the past 3 years. It seems like every year they switch companies for some odd reason. I booked a time for 1130 am 11/18/17 and she was not ready for my family. To make matters worse she did not seem to care that we were there 15 minutes early for our appointment. I told her that I had scheduled an appointment online through the link she provided on the internet. I showed her my appointment time on my phone for 1130 am to 1145 am and I had a confirmation from the website she used for us to book appointments. She told me that I chose pacific time and we are in Arizona time. I responded with that is not my issue because I am in Arizona and I did not select a different time zone. Why would she use a website in Arizona that gives you an option to choose an appointment time from different time zones it made no sense. She was not understanding at all and she seemed to care less about the inconvenience she caused us. Her assistant came to talk with my family and she was very professional, and she told us we would be next but that was a lie. We ended up waiting an hour before we could get our pictures taken. It was a really bad experience and I hope she gets her act together. I know it was a big project she took on by taking pictures for a huge company but that was not our issue either. Too make matters worse, she was supposed to give me digital copies of the 4 poses I chose but I have not received anything no disc or html link. The only thing I received was a link to a photo album that I have to buy a la cart for $10.00 each after I paid $71.62 which was for digital prints and an 8x10 photo. The only reason I am giving her a 2 is because the quality of the prints were good but she did not have everything together when she took our pictures. I would chose someone else because her rudeness was not very professional at all and there are plenty of other great photographers out here in Arizona. read more

Terrible customer service !! She was rude and unorganized, we ended up not having our pictures even taken. Would not recommend to anyone!

We just recently had family pictures done with Joyride Foto and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Scheduling the sitting online and getting a couple of reminders/confirmations (as I wanted) worked well. This was offered in the clubhouse of our apartment complex. Nonetheless, our first positive impression was that everything was set up exactly as in a studio - full background and floor cover, lighting, stools, chairs, steps, a variety of props, etc. etc. Kim was extremely personable, friendly, professional and accommodating. With 3 generations (including 'grandma', a teenager, and a young boy) and even a small dog too, she had a few special challenges with us but handled them all very well and made the event really comfortable and even fun! After the shooting she gave us a quick preview of the pics right from the camera (she also had a tablet computer if we wanted to see them bigger) and asked if we wanted any other groupings and/or poses (she did 6 different settings/groupings already). Then she gave us a quick overview of options and prices and ordering choices available. This was quick and informative, but in no way pushy or like a sales pitch. We chose to order a reduced price package but wanted to select the pics for the package later once we got to see them online and had plenty of time to make sure that everone in our party could be a part of the process. Pictures were ready for viewing online just a couple of business days later and they were excellent. All in all we are really very pleased with Kim's work and are very happy that we decided to have our pictures taken with Joyride Foto. We can definitely recommend doing it! read more
