The girl at the desk never provided any information about anything. I did not know I needed quarters for the locker rental, nor did I not know I couldn't wear a baseball cap or have a crossbody bag. As soon as I got on the rink, the attendant told me I had to get off because of my hat. I wasn't upset or anything, I quietly skated off, returned my skates and gathered my belongings. As I was exiting I observed men on the skating rink with beanies on their heads and skull caps. Additionally I observed adults walking on the rink as they were helping their children. I did not know that the rink was also a track. I would think that's a bigger safety hazard than wearing a hat. When I went to the front to inquire about a refund there was a gentleman in front of me who had on a hat and I was tempted to say something to him but I also wanted to see if the clerk would remind him of the hat policy, but she didn't. I don't know if the assumption is that everyone who visits are regulars and know the protocol, but it wouldn't hurt to have signage at the front desk and to also remind the attendants to say something to the patrons.

They are uber invested in your development and understanding of the craft. I can't mention a favorite specifically because honestly, they are all incredible! There are so many options for class, you can find any kind that suits you whether that is aerial (hoops, silks, hammocks), pole, exotic dance, etc., and also classes for conditioning, building strength and flexibility. I started going to this studio looking for a challenging workout and to learn something new, and wow it definitely overdelivers on this every day! So I suggested them instead of doing online classes why dont they do the classes twice a week. If they dont agree to my suggestion they can say no. But they removed me out of the group. All the money that I payed for my daughter for the month is gone. They did not credit me the security deposit either as they removed me from the group. Also they took money for the the June performance. Forget about returning the money back they have stopped total communications they are not picking up my calls , nor replying to my chats or emails. As a parent I might have some concerns/questions if they change the process . Instead of answering my questions and making me feel comfortable with their online teaching.They removed my daughter from the classes and not refunding the money. I can not comment on some of the other employees who answered the phone in the Fords office because I always requested to speak to this wonderful young lady I dealt with who is named, Stephanie, who is just absolutely the best; she is very knowledgeable and makes your paperwork process go smoothly and she cares about answering all your questions with accurate information about the entire CDL process. Now to comment on the instructors, at the Woodbridge location- the main gentlemen that was tasked to teach me everything I needed to know to pass my CDL was named, Jairo, and I can not say enough wonderful things about HIM both as an instructor and as a person! He will give you HIS very best and then some, to teach you how to pass not only your CDL Pre-trip but all the rest to pass the skills testing also. I also have to say a big thank you to the owners, wife- who is fantastic at guiding the entire process and always tries to do everything in her power to help you succeed in obtaining your goals of passing your road test. I will make note, that I did not have any interaction with the owner George, but he is a lucky man to have a wife that is so professional that she handles his clients (his students) with caring and encouragement and she always responded in a timely manner, which is a big plus when dealing with driving schools . The receptionist is rude and disorganized it took them two days to locate my information, and I never received a call back. I had to go there in person, only for them to "find" it. Turns out, they didn't even have my name in the system just my phone number, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the driving instructors are either late, lazy, or make you feel uncomfortable. If an instructor is running late, no one notifies you. And if you go back inside to ask what's going on, they'll claim you refused to take the class and mark it as completed anyway.
