04/07/2015- Apparently I am not the only one from what I have been told. I am only one of many people that paid this man, Jacob Paxton, hundreds of dollars under the impression that he would help repair our credit. This experience with him has been a nightmare!!! I can't get a hold of Jacob, can't get him to call/txt back, he does not keep you informed, etc. We began our services with him mid last year (2014) and he has not contacted us even once since we handed him that $600 money order. My husband and I both have had to reach out to him! (He never answers our calls even then). If by mistake he did answer it was to tell us he would get back with us next week or so when he is "back in town". Did we get any calls, texts, emails, etc? No. Once again, we had to contact him only to get his voicemail and our texts ignored. My husband recently got a new number and called him immediately after I tried to call (and had got his voicemail) and he answered only to make some BS excuse up that he would call us back. He never has contacted us back. I am not sure what all he has done, if anything, but I don't know because he does not tell me anything! Bottom line: Do not use Jacob Paxton as a credit repair guy. He has poor customer service skills and does not keep clients in-the-know about their credit situation. I will be attempting to get a return of my money and IF successful in doing so, I will be sure to add it to this review that he at least did that! 05/03/2015- A few days after my last post, I did manage to FINALLY find the location of the business. Their facebook and 2 yelp pages all have different locations. Anyways, after all the wasted gas and time, I walked in and inquired as to Jacob Paxton's whereabouts. His mother-in-law who works as the receptionist there informed me that he was out of town in San Antonio, TX. She began to unprofessionally bad mouth the Real Estate agent who is a sweetheart and has done nothing but try to help our family from the beginning. She then informed me that the reason they have not started anything on my credit case is because the pictures of my drivers license and social security card was "hard to read". I saw it just fine. It was a little dark, but you could still visibly see my picture and all information. After being told she would have Jacob Paxton contact me when he came back in town(which he still has not and weeks have passed), I then began to get multiple emails on them working on my case now. I told her nt to because we wanted our money back and how could she work on my case? The information is "too hard to read", remember??? Oh well. This will either be a lesson learned, $600 gone, and a report done to the BBB and whoever is above this guy, or resolved peacefully. We will see. LATEST UPDATE: After many, many, many attempted phone calls, emails, texts, etc. I was finally able to get a hold of him and he did issue a refund. This company has helped me clean up my credit and get me back on track. I have had several friends use JP Credit Repair so they could buy a home. Many of the people that I know have had pretty bad credit, but JP was able to get them in to beautiful homes. I am so pleased and would highly recommend them. They work quickly! read more

Oh my god I just read the review and am all freaked out now. I just paid this guy last month to start cleaning mine and husband credit so we could get in a house and he promised I would be in one by August; but now I am not to sure but we will see I guess... I pray everything goes good because we need a home of our own... They did start right away on sending me emails letting me know they started on our letters to the credit companies so now I'm basically just waiting to see if anything gets taken off... read more

JP Credit Repair there is a lot of good praises I could say about this company where do I start? They not only fixed our credit where we were failing to do so, but they kept that portion professional and prompt, it was straight to the point on the instructions they give you as far as their policy, and also what will happen month by month, they don't hide anything from you. Also they help with your realtor needs which is very convenient, such as finding the right house for your price range, they also keep your wants in mind. Very unresponsive and in my opinion that is unprofessional. I do not have credit problems and was simply asking Mr. Paxton to assist me and a customer of his in transferring or buying out a VA loan. It would be fine if he did not want or able to help, but saying so would have been the professional thing to do. Mr. Paxton, you can not erase these reviews.
