Our son is a very timid person, so the wife and I decided we need to put him in Taekwondo class, especially being home for so long after Covid. We spoke to Ryan and he was super helpful and informative. Answered all the questions we had and then some. Patient, professional and the best part is they do the very best to work with your schedule. Not many places are willing to do that, but these guys did. So far it's been a month in and feel our son has learned quite a bit in a short period of time from Master. Update: it's been 8 months since we started here. My son LOVEs Master Park and says he miss him all the time. I even ask if he likes Master Park more or grandpa and he said he likes Master Park more lol. Master Park and Ms Jessica are really the nicest people and fantastic with kids. They now offer a even more classes times available, esp for tiny tigers (age 3-5) at 3:20pm AND 6pm 5 days a week! Up to you when you want to come, so super convenient. They just had a very fun Halloween costume party and all the kids had a blast. Alright, never thought that my little 3.5 year old would be going to taekwondo this young but he loves it! The location is very conveniently located and currently have a grand opening special so it's a win win. Grand Master Park and rest of the people here are very sweet and funny. Grand Master Park has good energy and makes the kids laugh wI feel like my son has grown a lot emotionally and learn how to take orders more now that he started here for 4 weeks. I'm proud to say that I was able to be part of this awesome community and family of such amazing and hardworking individuals that share an equal passion for the art of Taekwondo with me. Everybody here welcomes you with open arms, you'll have yourself a new friend almost immediately when you come here, the students and staff are super friendly and supportive! Master Park is one of the best mentors, coaches, supporters, and father figures I've ever had. His teaching is perfect, he gives each person their own individual attention and makes sure you don't leave practice without learning something new or improving. He's such a kind soul and is always really funny too! He just makes all the classes so much fun so you get something to look forward to all the time, you show up excited and leave satisfied. Master Park will not let you talk down to yourself, he'll encourage and support you to the very end and so will everyone else there! He's your #1 hype man! Ryan is also an amazing staff member as well. He'll give you all the information and help you need regarding events, classes, updates, etc. He's also just a really cool dude to be friends with, I like being able to come into practice and have somebody ask and hear about my day and all that! One of my favorite things about being part of JP US is that they like to host fun events and parties for the holidays so everyone can get together and enjoy themselves. Anyway, it's just such an honor to be able to learn here and improve myself all while having fun and I really look forward to continuing to learn here. I'm glad I got to compete once back in April with them, I never planned on competing but they helped changed my mind about it and I ended up getting first place!! We did a trial class for my four year old daughter, two weeks on a special promotion for $20 in the tiny tiger class. At the beginning my daughter was having difficulty paying attention in class. After a few sessions, she now askes to go back to taekwondo. She loves Miss Jessica and Master Park. Master Park is awesome with kids and extremely patient. He gets each kids to memorized the steps and particapte in each activity to prep them for belt test. My daughter is two months into taekwondo practice and enjoying every moment of it. She toke her 1st belt test today and did very well. The study of taekwondo helps her to stay focus and follow instructions. After having my son in kickboxing for about 1-1/2 weeks that was about a 25 minute drive from my home, I came across this place on Yelp which is only about 5 minutes away from my house. I saw the 5 stars and the Yelp reviews and I wanted my 6 yr old son to try it out. I spoke to Ryan (very nice by the way) he answered all my questions and even let my son try a class to see if he would like it before signing him up. My son LOVED IT! Needless to say I signed him up. I strongly agree he learned and did more here in this class in that first day than he did in his kickboxing class. I even enjoyed it that I wanted to join myself. Master Park has so much patience and my son loves coming to Taekwondo I feel like he is really learning and will get to his goal of earning a black belt. We walked in to inquire about this new Taekwando spot next to H Mart and we have been coming here regularly since then. My 8 year old daughter fell in love with this place after trying a week and a half of classes. Jessica and Master Park were so welcoming and nice. They offered a really good deal of $20 for 2 weeks with a free uniform and a promotional offer for their monthly fees. My daughter has learned so much in a short span of time. Learning Korean is also definitely a bonus. Master Park is so good with kids and makes my daughter and her other classmates enjoy the class. This is such a good start in her journey to learning discipline, respect and self defense. We look forward to many more sessions. Wishing this place all the best. My son just started Tae Kwan Do here and I am so happy he's enjoying it so much! The master is so nice and engaging! My son has taken to him right away. It is important for my son to learn but I really want him to enjoy himself as well. The front staff is so kind and really love the children!! Based on my experience I signed up. I am CONFIDENT and excited that I will get the discipline and technique I desire. Just signed up my 4 year old son. Grand Master Park was very patient with kids and the place is very clean, welcoming, and a great environment. Price is comparable to most martial arts and they offer several classes a week on all levels so we're not pressured to take off work to make a single class. We're hoping my son will learn valuable lessons from taekwondo. So far I'm very happy after two classes. They offer specials so take advantage while it is available. read more
