For a very reasonable fee, Jeff replaced the home button, the battery and a cable running to the home button on my iPhone 6S Plus, and no more plugging the phone in 3 times a day because my battery was getting drained. Jeff is professional, quick and does not charge enough for his services (in my opinion). He's great! I walked into the water with my iPhone 6S Plus in my pocket and got the very bottom of my phone wet. Of course the Apple Store wouldn't touch it because it's got "water damage" - that is, one water droplet inside the casing. Everything was working except the home button wouldn't recognize my fingerprint, and it was getting hot and the battery was getting drained. Prompt service, Jeff let me know exactly what was wrong and how he could fix it. My phone had a cracked screen at the upper right hand corner and was badly water damaged, to the point where when I went to the Apple Store, the clerk told me there was no hope of repairing it and I would have to buy a replacement. I went to Jeff out of resignation to at least try the last ditch effort. He didn't let me down, against all odds, he repaired my phone, and in under an hour as well! He charged me much less than I thought i would have been just to have the screen repaired anywhere else and had an enthusiastic personality to boot. He repaired my gf's iPhone 6s she had dropped it and completely shattered the lcd screen. We took it to him for 100$ he fixed it right up there within the hour. There was a problem with the sensor in the phone and the brightness kept messing up he sent it out free of charge to a place to fix the sensor and even kept us updated. After that he told us right when it was ready. But he didn't leave her phone less he switched her SIM card into a loaner phone he had for us. We really appreciate everything you did for us. Occasionally you find a business owner that cares. Jeff got my phone in quickly to repair the charging port but during the process the clip that holds the ATT card cracked. He drove to the valley the next day and found a temporary repair and delivered the phone working to me at my house. In the mean time he could not find the clip locally so he had to order it. A week later the part came in and he returned to my house and fixed it in 2 minutes. He also was going to discount the repair 50% due to the hassle but he earned all his repair bill. I will definitely use Jphone again and will tell others. A business with ethics. read more

Jeff did great! His responses were quick when trying to schedule in a time crunch. I brought my iPhone 13 Pro to him to get the whole frame and screen replaced because I had scratches on it, the back of the phone was cracked, and one of the camera lens was cracked. He was also able to get me another color. I am super impressed with his ability and workmanship. His prices compared to the Apple Store are way more reasonable as well. I had an issue with my phone screen where it would not detect touch on the left side if the screen. I went to J and he offered to not charge me if the screen still did not function correctly after the screen replacement. Best In Town! I cracked my iPhone 6 Plus screen and needed it fixed quickly. I have used the Apple Store (long wait) and another third party place in the mall (expensive!) and I wanted to try someone new. I found Jeff on Yelp and gave him a try. My phone had gotten moisture in it from snow and a vertical line appeared on the screen. Contacted Apple which said screen needed to be replaced, cost $279. Jeff's charge was less than half and he completed the job in about an hour. I purchased a new screen protector online.
