Before they started he introduced himself and asked to see the trees in person because they had only seen a picture. Once he saw the trees he then asked me how I wanted the palm to be trimmed. After, I made a decision they went to work immediately. They made quick work of those 3 palm trees and cleaned up all of the debris that had fallen even the stuff in the neighbors yard. After the largest pieces were picked up they even came back with a leaf blower to get the smaller pieces. BEWARE. Read the other poor reviews!…read more Albert with Greenview Turf did a poor installation of the turf and now he will not fix the problem. (See pictures) I have been reaching out to him for over 3 weeks and he will not repy anymore. He initially answered, however as soon as I informed him of the problem and asked him to fix it, he stopped replying. On installaion day his crew showed up 2 hours late to begin with, and then disappeared in the middle of the day for several hours without communicating anything wth me. They finally showed back up and had to rush the installaion and did a poor job. Now that Ive asked him to fix it, he is ingnoring me. Once he has your money he will disappear. He obviously does not stand by his work. Seriously, read the way he responds to other customers bad reviews and youll see the way he runs his business with poor character and lack of integrity. He will not take ownership, responds, in an unprofessional manner to people leaving feedback and will not stand by his work. I guess its worth it to him to to lose future business and referrals over what could have been a fairly simple fix. Cant wait to see how he responds to this review and what excuses he has.
