I did LOADS of research and asked plenty of questions. She is super patient, friendly and professional. She explained the process to me and answered any questions I had. There was absolutely no pressure. She ensured I was comfortable with whatever I decided so I felt more secure with my decision.  She takes her time to make sure she gets your brows right and walks you through the process the entire time. She also makes sure you're comfortable during the procedure. Not going to lie, microblading can be somewhat uncomfortable and a little painful but the numbing cream definitely helps a ton, it also depends on your pain tolerance (I have a very low pain tolerance). But if semi-permanent makeup isn't your thing, she also offers an array of other services such as threading, tweezing or tinting to keep those brows in perfect shape.  Oh and did I mention her prices are beyond reasonable?? Padma's offers many types of salon services and henna. I have now been going every few weeks for my brow threading over the course of several months. Padma's is located in a strip mall in Voorhees. It's not your average fancy or aesthetically-pleasing salon. However, it offers a good variety of salon/spa services as well as Indian wedding makeup. The women who work here are dedicated and do a great job. Because Padma's is well-staffed, they are able to accommodate a good number of customers at once. For eyebrow threading/waxing, appointments aren't required. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to get my threading done. Overall, I really like this place. The women who work here all do a great job. While they're not focused on exceptional customer service, they still do their best to make conversation and be friendly. For anyone who is familiar with foreign-owned businesses, Padma's has some of that sentimental "back home" feel. Their pricing is also much lower than others in the area; they charge $6 for brows and $4 for upper lip. This place is a true gem; I always make sure to plan my threading around the times in the area.

However, I was not made aware during the time of booking that the cost of Botox injectables is not necessarily based off cost/unit. In my previous Botox injections, a simple lip flip & nasolabial injection for a gummy smile costs an average of 150-200. Average units for me is anywhere from 8-12. Upon checking out at the Garden, I was informed that my $100 deposit would be subtracted from the total cost. I was then informed at the time of checking out my total cost for services would total $325 for a lip flip!! And that was after my deposit was subtracted. I was informed that VIP members have different perks, and that I would have to pay the price for the specific area. I'm very upset that I was 1) not informed of the cost before booking and 2) obligated to pay almost double for a procedure that should have been significantly less. I loved the staff at the location and my injector however, I feel as though I have been scammed for the services. I'm very disappointed in the pricing and lack of communication and cost before booking. I cannot afford to pay for services for something so simple, and will unfortunately not be able to return.

The reaction was so bad I ended up at Urgent Care and then several days later, at my dermatologist for help. Unfortunately, no help from Garden Medical Spa. The owner call me (after I left two messages) and said this is normal. He never ask me to come in, just continued to say hang in there. After being on medication to heal the reaction, the swollenness has subsided, but the itching and redness is still here. The effect from this process has left my skin dry and wrinkled. It is as if, my skin looks worse. This is NOT the establishment you want to go to for any treatments, as they will not stand by their mistakes or help in any way :=(( I have truly been on my own.

She is awesome and I cannot say enough good things about her!!! She was SOOOOOO careful and reassuring with my brow wax. She had me hold the mirror and went step by step with me to make sure I was happy with my brows. Brielle is definitely the kind of waxer you want to see after a nightmare experience due to her attention to detail and her willingness to ask you how YOU like your brows!!!
