It must be a thing because I was mid conversation during checkout and she stopped to greet someone who was walking in. No complaints about the store itself. They carry quite a bit of product, considering it's one of the smaller Sally's locations. The reason why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4, is because the prices for the same products are cheaper online. Just be careful about that. Totally understand they are a store front and have to pay rent - lord knows we don't need more places going out of business and more jobs lost, but just check your prices, especially on higher priced items.

Heard one say, "We're closed." I tapped. Nothing. Waved. They ignored me. Tried to call the store. They would not pick up. Finally wrote and held up a note asking to just pick up my on line order. They didn't even have to let me in. just pass it out. The woman closer to the door turned to the other who shook her head. The first person shook her head. I called out to cancel my order and walked to my car. They would not even come to the door (3 feet) to explain. I can not imagine someone coming a moment after hours, only to pick something up and refusing to give it to them. I called Sally customer service to ask for help. The two women in the store left while the phone was ringing. The man on the phone did ask for a description of them and said he would report it. That didn't do anything to get me the order. He said he would cancel my order. It hasn't happened, yet. Told me to reorder and I'll get it in 3-5 days. If I wanted to do that, I'd have used Amazon. Suggested they deliver it. (A feature shown on the website.) He said they don't actually do that. Overnight it. He declined. I pointed out I'd have to pay for shipping and not get the item quickly. He offered me a $5.00 coupon to apply toward shipping. Which starts at $5.95. I gave up. Never again, Sally.
