I usually don't leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I called ahead and was told that a wash for my small SUV would be $20. When I arrived, the employee cleaning the car next to mine hit my car with their door. I then went inside to ask where I should pay since it was my first time there, and the staff was rude. Eventually, a woman came out and helped me, but I was charged $35 instead of the $20 I was quoted over the phone. The entire experience felt unprofessional. The customer service was poor, the pricing was inconsistent, and it seemed like no one was on the same page. Overall, I left very disappointed and won't be returning. read more

Such great customer service! The actual car wash is SO GOOD-- both my cars were very clean and I was impressed. The food is also very good. Poppy's French toast, bacalao croquetas (SO GOOD) and a combination of empanadas--all filling and tasty. We also ordered a cappuccino and a affogato (first time for this and did not disappoint). This is an all-in-one car wash where they clean both the interior and exterior of your vehicle while you relax in their café You can sit comfortably, enjoy a coffee or other drinks, and even have some food while you wait. The customer service was wonderful. The staff was friendly, and the owner personally made sure I was taken care of. I had a café con leche while waiting for my car, and it was delicious! The prices are fair: $30 for sedans, $35 for small SUVs, and $45 for larger SUVs. They did an excellent job cleaning both the inside and outside of my car, which was covered in sand from the beach. I highly doubt that in the creation of the Vintage Auto Spa, that what I'm about to say was of consideration--but for the socially anxious, this is the best car wash experience ever! As it is also for the social...let me explain. To cut to the chase of what you probably really want to know--the quality of the car wash for the price is a no brainer. Every single team member is meticulous and careful with your vehicle and you will always leave as if you were driving your car off the lot. The wash itself is all done by hand so there's no machinery involved. Now for the socially anxious ...all you do is drive your car up and the entire experience is all communicated with hand signals through your window--that is, move up and stop. When they finally instruct you to park, just hop out of your car and head the their newly renovated outdoor space OR their newly opened CAFE! So for the social, bring a friend! Bring 5 friends! Everyone come get your car washed and enjoy some snacks and some drinks (I don't think they serve alcohol here, but still!). The concept of this car wash is a great one. While I didn't try anything this time around, I can say all the food looked yummy. And as I sat and observed other patrons, there was a man definitely enjoying his salad. Highly recommend bringing your car here for a great clean and also good eats! I brought my Audi R8 here for a hand wash and was a little worried about the ground clearance since I only have about 4 inches. The staff were super helpful and guided me through with no issues. Once they finished washing the outside of the car they had me park in the front of their restaurant to clean the inside of the car. They told me I was welcomed to wait inside and was pleasantly surprised to see a full service restaurant with a bakery case full of yummy goodies. I ordered a coffee and pastry while I waited. The prices are great! The couple next to me ordered wings which looked delicious! I'm excited to come back and try a few other things on the menu. The wash itself was a great price and very detailed! Okay pero like everything about this little place was pleasant. From the decor, to the service, to the prices. At least food wise, I did not ask how much the manual hand wash car service on the outside was. The cafecito tasted great and even came with a tiny cookie. Tequeno and Nutella croissant were delicious, with plenty of other pastries to choose from. Plenty of seating space and on the outside, looked like there was plenty of attendants who were hand washing cars as well. What an amazing surprise while driving through my mom's area in Miami, this spot is known for a good quality hand car wash, has now added amazing food while you wait. The deserts offered had a European twist to them, meaning fresh tasty yet not sweet, just perfect ! The cafe con leche and omelette was also fresh and yummy. I def can't wait to return to try an actual meal while I get my car washed. Service was great they were ok with answering questions and giving suggestions.
