Don is the best of the best! I initially attempted to have another company upgrade my car's satellite radio due to a failing signal. Not only was the other company unable to improve my signal, but in the process the other company destroyed my AM/FM reception and caused warning lights to unnecessarily be activated on my car's dashboard. Started last year when they installed new cameras in my Raptor and they kept shutting down…read more Finally figured it out that they connected the power to the wrong circuit and had to take it back again. Fast forward to this weekend. Took my wife's brand new explorer in for same cam system. They mounted the rear one upside down and when they got over spray of soap from the tint job next to her car they covered hers in soap. When they tried to wipe it off they used and old rag and scratched the hood and side panel. Good thing I had my go pro recording. They denied it even though I got it on camera so I will take the legal route.
