Vandana Vigoureux's honesty and ethical professional integrity gave us an insight of how she dealt with our taxes and how we can prepare for ourselves, when filing our future taxes. Ms. Vigoureux's intelligence within the tax laws (including the newly passed tax plan) showed that she is heavily invested in informing her clients for an obstacle that may arise. Her understanding and judgement of taxes provided a positive leaning towards a relationship where you can have the utmost trust towards her. This was my very first time filing my taxes and I believed she guided me in way where she wanted to make sure I understood what was happening. It felt as though I was taking a course in accounting; I didn't feel like I was a "simple client with a simple solution." What's very interesting with Virtual Ventures is that they have a dropbox-like algorithm system, where once the taxes are done, you can access a PDF version of your taxes. An e-file signatures PDF page are also shown. The instructions are simple; Download, sign and upload. Both my mother and I live in NY. and this was a very convenient for her. This type of factor is very advantageous, especially for people that don't live in New Jersey and/or within her work district. It was an honor and privilege, for us, to file our taxes with her. In the end, with the knowledge she presents to you, it will feel like you are a tax preparer.

Shaan is the person we had the unpleasant experience of dealing with and he was very rude to us and appears to have some unresolved issues. You can look at their response to the reviews of their unhappy customers here on Google, you would understand the kind of firm they are. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply abuse their clients. I would STAY AWAY from them and also have advised all my friends whom I had referred over so many years to stay away from this firm for good as they are very unprofessional, highly unethical and truly don't know how to treat a client. I simply urge everyone to stay away from this firm as they will let you down eventually.. I am sure he is going to respond to my review, with the same "ethics", that he did with others who gave him a negative review. If only he shows that same vigor towards addressing the actual issue...it would have been a different story !
