I was able to buy it online and go into the store to pick it up! They were super fast. I went into the store and let the associate know that I had an item I ordered waiting for me and they gave me my order almost instantly . I told the staff that I had been looking for this item for a while and they let me know that they had another location extremely close may have some more and they offered to phone them to ask them to put it on hold for me. They called and when I got to the other location the item was waiting for me behind the cash. Both stores have great service and a wide array of items. This is a Games Workshop Brand store, they sell Fantasy and Sci-Fi miniatures for gaming as well as…read morepaints and hobby tools. before I start this review I would like to say that I used to enjoy coming here a few months ago, everyone was friendly and the store was really clean. that changed a few months ago. The shop has a whole range of tools for modeling and painting under the "Citadel" brand. while they are decent tools, they are incredibly expensive for what they are. a pair of clippers will run you 40$ without tax, paints will cost you about 6$ a pot for about 12ml of actual paint, and a small bottle of plastic glue is about 10$. the pricing for tools and glue is very expensive and for this reasons i looked for alternatives. i found cheaper tools and glue for a fraction of the price, so i could buy more miniatures. This did not please GW, the manager of the store asked me to leave for having a bottle plastic glue out that wasn't "Citadel" brand. even though every time I'm in there I buy something to support the store. i found the store to be trying to rope in newer customers and push people away from there store who have experience in models and have their own tools. The store has completely turned me off from buying any Citadel products and has off put me from continuing to support their brand. I do NOT recommend newer customers or parents researching this hobby for their children go into a Game Workshop store, The way they treat their Customers is horrible, they drive out anyone looking to save a bit of money and demand that you be loyal only to them. if you wish to play Warhammer then I highly recommend looking for a Independent retailer. they are MUCH better then Corporate Games Workshop stores.

There were discounts in pretty much all sections and a clearance wall in the back. They have a Crayola section which is very reasonably priced. I got a pack of 3 crazy scissors for only $4. They have stuffed animal selections from all the best brands like Squishmallow, Jellycat, and Palm Pals! The coolest part of the store was their "Pretend Play" area. They had toy versions of a DeLonghi coffee machine, Dyson vacuums, and the ooni pizza oven. They do helium balloons here. I asked if you can bring your own but they only fill the ones that you purchase in store.

Ended up taking the ride to Hamilton to check this store out as anime stores are not very common in…read morethis area. Upon entering the store seems to have a solid selection of things from posters, to key chains, to statues, and whatever else you really expect to find at a store like this. Similar to other anime stores in Canada however I will say that the prices are much higher then the items could be boughten for online which seems to be a pattern with these stores in general. The big plus to this store however is the cosplay gear in the back of the store (not my thing, but I can see the appeal) so this is definitely the go-to shop if you are looking for some gear to add to your costume. Overall I would stop by again if I was in the area, but it's not a must if you are just a casual viewer or collector.
