Our intake was with Monica and after what happened at the prior school I was so terrified for my son to go to school again but Monica put all my fears at ease. The teachers are exceptionally warm, caring, and attentive, and we have also loved the Spanish-learning experience. Both of my children began in the toddler program with Ms. Delfina. Leaving little ones at school for the first time can be emotional, especially when they cry on that first day, but Delfina always gave me a deep sense of security that my children were safe, comforted, and going to be okay. She has been incredibly responsive whenever I have had a question or concern, and that communication has meant so much to us as parents. When my oldest moved up to the children's house classroom with Ms. Lily, the experience continued to be wonderful. Ms. Lily is so warm and caring, and she has made my daughter genuinely love going to school each day. She is also always responsive and reassuring whenever I reach out with a concern. I really appreciate the way the school works to bring the families together to develop a stronger sense of community. Many schools claim to be Montessori but Guidepost is one of the only true Montessori schools in area. The guides all receive Montessori training and go through a certification process. I continuously recommend the school to people I know because my son is doing so well.
