My mother had 3 admissions within 2 weeks for a chronic illness. From the emergency room to being admitted the staff couldn't have been more caring and compassionate. Not only to her but to my family. Once admitted the nursing, ancillary, & maintenance staff were wonderful. I appreciate the time and attention they gave to all of us and especially the empathy they showed my mom. I won't hesitate going there anymore.

My friends and family who live in the area refer to it to as the Toys "R" Us location, because this was indeed a Toys "R" Us years ago. You can get lab work here, you can even get minor outpatient surgeries done here. A friend of mine had early stage breast cancer and this was not only where she was diagnosed but where her surgery was done. As for me, I have had my annual mammograms, a number of ultrasounds and a breast biopsy here. This is a facility where whatever you are here for is likely to have you feeling nervous, and the staff recognizes that and is absolutely expert at putting you at ease. From when you call and schedule through the day of your procedure, I have always felt treated with care and empathy. I know these are characteristics you would be looking for in any medical professional, but these are some especially touchy subjects and somehow the staff members they have hired here are exactly the right people for the job. The facility is bright and clean, with staff on hand upfront to direct and/or register you. Lots of space to sit and be comfortable for yourself and any support persons you might bring along. I'm glad to have this facility close to me.

And he walked out. They gave me release paperwork and crutches and I left with my leg still locked. My knee is now 10x worse from him trying to pull it . I am calling a lawyer . Under no circumstances should any staff member of central outreach be discussing about patients and or their personal healthcare especially if the patient is not present to defend themselves..... The average 20 - 30 min should not be that long especially if your the first patient of the day on the walk in side there's no reason why I should have waited 35min at 9am got seen by 10am was out the doors by 1045am that's unacceptable. When a specific provider is being asked for and called for ---- STOP SENDING SOMEONE WHO WE DIDNT ASK FOR The waiting rooms need to be more expanded it gets way to crowded by 1115am and most people have to start standing or they go outside back to their cars.....
