Just a note to consumers, when you are in this situation and panic, you will find google ads promising low prices and fast service, you will be tempted to call them and not spend time checking yelp. #34/100 Never neglect warning signs when your keyless, code pad battery needs to be changed. Chel ignored it and got locked out. So I couldn't get in the house and I had no key to it. I Yelped. Called about five to six local locksmiths and none of them were available til after 4pm and others not til end of week. Seriously? Wth! I got down to JRs lock and key and called. He picked up and said he would be able to come by in about two hours. Yes! And he made it within two hours! So there's a smart chip on my lock and he had no choice but to drill it out and replace it. I was fine with that. Within an hour he managed to open it up and replaced it and made me a key for it with a copy. Mention Yelp and you get a spare key! Amazing customer service by JR.
