Mark is the owner & technician. We needed several doors rekeyed , add a deadbolt , replace new door entry ( knob& bolt) at our house. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I made the call he was very courteous and patient. He really tried to understand what we wanted to accomplish. He gave suggestions and asked for photos of the locks / doors. He seemed very thorough[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was especially impressed that he texted me the day before to confirm our appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He arrived on time and gave an estimate and time needed to do everything. We agreed to his price which seemed reasonable and he was done in no time . He accepts Zelle ( which he prefers) , but also checks and credit card ( 3% extra) . Very happy with his services. I'm adding him to my handy man list. Also , glad to hire and support a local business. read more

I was out of state on a trip and the person checking on our home accidentally locked herself out. I contacted MS Locksmith and we confirmed home owner ship and he showed up within 30 minutes and let her back in. He also made a couple of keys to keep in an outside lockbox to solve this problem! Mark was such a pleasure to work with! His knowledge is very very high went it comes down to door locks and knowing what's best for your house. His response time was on point and he was able to re-key 5 of the locks at my house. I also lost the key to my mailbox and Mark went in search of a new lock in his work vehicle and after an extensive search, he was able to locate a new one!!! Mark also realized one of my house doors was not closing and latching on smoothly, so he took it upon himself to work his magic with his tools and now the door works perfectly! His rates are very very competitive, I had gotten quotes from other businesses and Mark was the best. He is very detail oriented and more than anything, is punctual on the time he tells you he will arrive. I highly recommend Mark for his work ethic and craft, but more than anything, I feel great supporting a small and honest business, which is very hard to find these days. Was in terrible need of fixing the lock on a iron fence that has been broken since I moved into my current rental home in 2020.. I called a few locksmiths before calling MS Locksmith. Each one giving me either huge costly estimates or would not show up for scheduled meetings to quote me a price. Not only did MS locksmith give me an estimate over the phone, they were able to schedule for the next day! Even calling me the next day to confirm, and calling me again to let me know they were on the way. Once arriving, they got right to work and even above and beyond the call of duty to fix the lock to the post possible outcome. Seeing and hearing his assessment I felt comfortable with his diagnosis and his solution. When he returned in a couple of days with the parts, he quickly implemented his solution, and thoroughly tested his fix to the extent where I felt very comfortable. This included identifying existing remote gate controllers that were coded incorrectly. And he held true to his verbal cost estimate from the other day. When asked about replacing another gate, his response was that it was in good shape and there was no need to replace it. This response just contributed to how I describe him.
