Because of the threat of rain on day 3, Green Leaf staying late the 2nd day to ensure there was no way for water to enter. I could not have been happier or more impressed with the results! I watched the entire process and I was amazed by the entire team. They worked like a finely tuned machine and there was very little conversation between them members and judging by how well they worked in sync they didn't need much. Apparently each team member had a specific skill set but every team member jumped in when needed to work as efficiently as possible. We offered Sam a bonus/tip for the work done and he declined saying that he did what we discussed. We fe that he and his team went above and beyond what was expected. we asked him if it was ok to offer his team a bonus.
