My house was built in 2004 and since I've moved in 4 years ago there's been odd electrical "quirks" that needed addressing: two wall switches sometimes made an odd "click" sound behind the switch plate when turned on; a dimmable chandelier and ceiling fan fixtures' bulbs were flickering and/or pulsing intermittently; and a ceiling fixture's light would surge extra bright for a split second when the switch was turned on. As I made my way to the front station there were 2 females working. I stood there awkwardly for about 20 seconds as I was not greeted. I said hello to an older heavy-set woman who had tons of bracelets on her wrist. She looked up at me, then looked back down to continue staring at a bunch of invoices. She never responded. I had to wait for the younger worker to get off the phone, but she was nice. A guy walked in and said hello to the same heavy set woman and she had no problem responding.. Customer service is everything, and this older woman did not represent this business well. I will continue to be nice to others. One bad apple will not spoil the bunch.
