Additionally, I had shrubs removed which ran the entire length of the front of my house and needed them to be put in a wood chipper. Mike came out and gave me a quote for the entire job. In fact, he took care of the shrubbery that night. Because they are so busy, I was given a start date of November 20 for the tree trimming. Yesterday, I got a call asking if it was OK to start the job that day. Of course, I said yes. Jeremy, the job foreman, and his crew arrived at around 9 AM and didn't leave until after 6 PM, They came back today and finished the job. Not only did they do a fabulous job on my trees, Jeremy blew all of the leaves out of my backyard. That was definitely an added bonus. I cannot recommend J&M Tree Service enough. They left my yard looking much better than it was when they arrived.

Waited for 2 weeks for a quote, then we finally called him. When we told him to schedule it, we waited another 2 weeks for him to call us about a date, which he never did. We finally gave up (disgusted with him, I might add) and found another company to do the same work for $2000 less.

Absolutely horrible!…read more Used their services for several years in the past and it was fine. I understand that a change in management or ownership has occurred and this contract period for mowing, fertilizing, and tree treatments was a disaster. The services that I signed up for were never delivered and when I asked why they stated those services were not included so the contract was never correct in the first place. The mowing was done so incompetently that the grass was very long and when it was mowed it was left in thick layers and left to kill the grass. The mower was also going so fast an old apple tree in the yard was damaged THREE times and suffered huge wounds that may yet claim the tree. They also punched a hole right through my wooden fence. Not only did I pay them hundreds of dollars but now I am having to pay to repair the lawn, the fence, and hoping for the best with the tree. Cannot recommend under any circumstances!
