I chose to have them do it so I really to blame. I had other tree services interested in bidding the work. I just got tired of all the run around so I hired the guy who said he could do it the next day. Maybe that why I paid so much? Anyway the job is done and my trees look much better. Additionally, I had shrubs removed which ran the entire length of the front of my house and needed them to be put in a wood chipper. Mike came out and gave me a quote for the entire job. In fact, he took care of the shrubbery that night. Because they are so busy, I was given a start date of November 20 for the tree trimming. Yesterday, I got a call asking if it was OK to start the job that day. Of course, I said yes. Jeremy, the job foreman, and his crew arrived at around 9 AM and didn't leave until after 6 PM, They came back today and finished the job. Not only did they do a fabulous job on my trees, Jeremy blew all of the leaves out of my backyard. That was definitely an added bonus. I cannot recommend J&M Tree Service enough. They left my yard looking much better than it was when they arrived.

They cut out a bush but didn't drill out the roots. They were supposed to cut out lilacs but only trimmed. I wanted some for bushes trimmed way back and they cut very little off. The owner dropped off workers who spent most of the time sitting in their car. He was there for a short time at the end. I called and left a message but never heard back from him. Very disappointed.
