I explained that I only received a partial payment from insurance but I did have cost replacement coverage. Chris handled the process of getting with my insurance and actually having the roof installed and obtaining the rest of the funds to pay for the roof. Everything Chris said he would do, he did. The roofers who installed the roof on my house were extremely professional. They placed tarps all around the house to protect the shrubbery and catch falling nails. Extra care was made to clean up extra debris. If you need a roof, I highly recommend Roof US. This company will do what they say they're going to do and they will do it when they say they are going to. They were very professional. It was definitely a good experience.

The only complaints that we have were with the actual contracted roofers. There was damage to window screens, damage to flower beds (the roofers could have avoided the flower beds), and cigarette butts left all over our yard. The damage to the window screens was repaired the day of but it was done poorly (bending of the screen frame). After coordinating with modern roofing the window screens and frames were replaced. They were very easy to work with.

Insurance did NOT cover all of it. I came out of pocket for that additional SEVERAL thousand. They tried to gaslight me into thinking otherwise. Just be prepared when dealing with anyone during a crisis. Companies will take advantage of you and then you pay way more than you thought. It wasn't about not understanding insurance for this. A simple call telling me would have been nice to let me know before hand. And from talking to others and one person here, it seems to be the trend for this company.
