Insurance did NOT cover all of it. I came out of pocket for that additional SEVERAL thousand. They tried to gaslight me into thinking otherwise. Just be prepared when dealing with anyone during a crisis. Companies will take advantage of you and then you pay way more than you thought. It wasn't about not understanding insurance for this. A simple call telling me would have been nice to let me know before hand. And from talking to others and one person here, it seems to be the trend for this company.

Despite repeated admonitions, they continue to show up at my door and disturb my family. This in spite of a very prominent "No Soliciting" sign right by my porch. Yesterday afternoon, another salesman showed up, and I told him once again and I pointed out the sign. Each representative indicates they will tell their manager to take my home off their list, but nothing changes. I am at my wits end. I have written a Do Not Treapass letter to the local Augusta office and have video of yesterday's interaction and will be using it to support a trespassing charge on this company the next time one of them shows up. Since there is no Zero Star choice, I'm leaving 1.
