I stopped in because I like to support local businesses, but unfortunately, my experience wasn't great. When I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment, and no one offered assistance. The gentleman at the counter seemed more focused on watching a movie than on helping customers. The beer selection was underwhelming, and I couldn't find a dedicated Zinfandel section. I probably would have spent more if the service had been more attentive. I prefer to shop local, but won't be back here. That's for sure. read more

A pretty good location! I needed a bottle of wine to take to a dinner at a coworkers house. My wife found this location on Yelp and it was close. Pulled up and hopped in. I was surprised by the selection. It was pretty extensive. I needed a high end bottle and they had a section just for that. But they really had it all going on. I wish I had had more time to look, But I was already late. I found what I wanted... a bottle of Prisoner, paid and left... I was in and out quick. I need to go back though.. truly a good selection at good prices! read more

I've told the cashier twice that the refrigerator is broken--the first time was 2 weeks ago. None of the beer is cold. Both times, he didn't seem to care. Customer service is horrible. He gave me the same answer as last time--he said "I don't know what's going on". Unless you like hot beer, go somewhere else. read more

Just stopped by here to get a specific bottle of liquor. In order to get said bottle the guy at the register said I have to buy ANOTHER bottle of liquor in order to get the one I wanted. Sorry you got caught in a bad business decision but you don't force your customers to buy something else that they don't want in order to get what they do want. So, I went on Yelp just to see if anyone else thinks how I do about this place and I was right. Seems emptier than ever and the guy with the bald head is NOT friendly. He barely speaks and he always has FOX news playing. Is that really appropriate when dealing with the public?? I'll be going to the liquor store by Studio Movie grill from now on. Very poor service. No cold Jager again. Was going to tell the clerk but he was in the middle of a phone call and had no time to talk to me. The bottle was marked as $22 on the shelf but rang up at $23. Didn't feel like waiting for his call to be over so I could point out the error. read more

Really confused by some of the reviews on this place. I had a pretty positive experience. The employee working there was very helpful and friendly. Assisted me with finding the wine I needed. They had a pretty good selection and I like how the store is nicely spaced out and open. Doesn't feel crowded, and easy to find what you need. read more

This might be my favorite liquor store. They stock eggnog whiskey all through November and December. They are super friendly and helpful. Good prices. And FREE SAMPLES!!! I got to sample different nogs before I bought. Win! read more

Don't waste your time or money here. Every time I've stopped in it's been dead empty with people and product! As I was walking out some dude at the front says, "can I help you with anything" I reply, "nah, not a very big craft beer selection" and he's like, "ah, have a nice day" like he could give a crap. Customer service is so extremely important! I called to speak with Gabe, the Owner about an upcoming event I was having and to discuss pricing on large quantities of wine. He cut me off & didn't even give me an opportunity to tell him WHY I was calling. Even worse he hung up......I called back & no one picked up. Most definitely taking my business elsewhere. read more

It's a holiday weekend, so maybe it's not the A team . They had everything I wanted, but when I asked about wine, they were obviously confused and the selection was very limited. Don't put wine in your name if you don't have much to sell. Kudos on the beer & liqueur though. read more

If I could give zero stars I would----in short, I paid cash for a transaction ($10.99) and then to my surprise found a $100.00 + charge on my debit card on the same date I made the cash transaction--how is that possible you say? Face recognition software combined with archived security camera data linked to credit/debit card POS transaction histories of repeat customers. I had been a fairly steady customer of this store for over ten years. The ownership changed a few years back and the general appearance and stocking levels of the store seemed to deteriorate. Caveat Emptor----if you must do business here, cash only----I am calling my bank immediately. The owner made good on the refund but this smells like fraudulent activity to someone who is in the IT security industry. read more

Pretty poor selection on how big the store is. Gabe the owner with price gouge the heck out of allocated items. Example- Van Winkle Rye 13yr, average cost is around $100. He said it would take at least $1000 to buy it from him. Also said he might just keep it. Weller 12 year, retail should be $30. He received three bottles, sold each for $80. Would you want to shop at a place with an owner like this? Not me. I'll never step foot in this place again. read more

I can only assume that the guy I talked to today was the owner or the owner makes awful employment choices. I will never spend money in this place again. The owner is a jerk, basically shooed me out of his store for not letting him run my card as a pin debit. It was a regular card, I'm not going to pay 18.99% so he could get a break on his processing costs. He must already be going under if he treats a customer this way.
