They always show up on the day they promise the work is excellent. But early spring this year I was also a little unhappy with sav-a-lawn so I gave them the fertilizer and seeding as well as landscape and Maintenace. Well I have to say they really impressed me. I should have switched sooner. Lawn is so green. No patches or weeds. They also do a great job with the blowing weed whacking. Very happy. My wife and I were taking today how great the lawn looks. Best lawn we've had since 2009.

E-mails and phone calls back and forth with CTM for over a month for one large job and one smaller…read morejob. The smaller job - Spring clean up was wonderful. They did not show up on the scheduled day as agreed but nevertheless the yard was the cleanest I've ever seen it given the other landscaping companies I've used over the years. The second, larger job was to install drainage pipes to address an ongoing water and flooding issues. After a total of three visits, I received an explanation of exactly what would be done and the cost (which was higher than verbally stated on one of the previous visits). For the amount of work that had to be done, I believed the price was fair. I asked for a written estimate which I still have not received either with the original quote or amended amount. Having been a homeowner for 30+ years I am aware of all the various terms and how vendors like to be paid. After agreeing to the price and a start date - no one from the company came on that date or called to reschedule. I will now look for a more reliable, communicative company with which to do business. I have always tried to give independent vendors my business as they generally do a better job that larger companies...but I'm done with CTM.

Chappy came out and discussed my project with me, and said he'd send me an estimate. Nothing. Emailed the office asking them to send and still nothing. This was a hot lead, I was ready to hire them but perhaps the job wasn't big enough so they didn't bother. However, the company I ended up going with quoted $30,000, which doesn't seem like a small job to me.

We hired him for lawn mowing in March, and we agreed upon a price and start date. Freddy never showed up. I contacted him two weeks later and asked him when he was planning on cutting the lawn per the agreement we had, and he did not meet. Freddy told me that since the grass is too high, he is going to charge me 3x the amount. So for his mistake, he wanted me to pay him 3x the amount! He did not honor his agreement, and then he had the nerve to tell me to find someone else. Now I am stuck with tall grass and have to pay someone else more money to make up for Freddy's lack of integrity, untrustworthy, and unreliable! Stay away from Freddy and his business!
