They always show up on the day they promise the work is excellent. But early spring this year I was also a little unhappy with sav-a-lawn so I gave them the fertilizer and seeding as well as landscape and Maintenace. Well I have to say they really impressed me. I should have switched sooner. Lawn is so green. No patches or weeds. They also do a great job with the blowing weed whacking. Very happy. My wife and I were taking today how great the lawn looks. Best lawn we've had since 2009.

E-mails and phone calls back and forth with CTM for over a month for one large job and one smaller…read morejob. The smaller job - Spring clean up was wonderful. They did not show up on the scheduled day as agreed but nevertheless the yard was the cleanest I've ever seen it given the other landscaping companies I've used over the years. The second, larger job was to install drainage pipes to address an ongoing water and flooding issues. After a total of three visits, I received an explanation of exactly what would be done and the cost (which was higher than verbally stated on one of the previous visits). For the amount of work that had to be done, I believed the price was fair. I asked for a written estimate which I still have not received either with the original quote or amended amount. Having been a homeowner for 30+ years I am aware of all the various terms and how vendors like to be paid. After agreeing to the price and a start date - no one from the company came on that date or called to reschedule. I will now look for a more reliable, communicative company with which to do business. I have always tried to give independent vendors my business as they generally do a better job that larger companies...but I'm done with CTM.

It's almost impossible to get in touch with Eli, and even when you do and ask for a copy of your bill, don't expect to receive it. I've requested my 2025 invoice several times, and as of August 3, 2026, I still haven't received it. You might wonder why I've stayed with this company for so long. The answer is loyalty. I've tried calling, leaving messages, and following up multiple times, but nothing has changed. If you're looking for a company that provides reliable communication and follows through on customer requests, this has not been my experience.

Eric and his men came right on time and were fully prepared for work. Since the tree was on my side of the fence I asked the 'climber' to try to get all of its parts to fall my way and not bother my neighbor with a cleanup. He was able to get the entire tree on my side of the property . The cleanup was thorough and complete and the price was more then reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent tree service.
