After being dropped off and reminding the cab driver (already informed the dispatcher) that a ride was needed at a certain time back home, the cab driver left and did not return. When a call was made to find out what happened, the dispatcher screamed that "I ain't got no more (obscenity) cabs!" and hung up, stranding people that included the disabled and the elderly in the heat in the middle of the day. This is the only cab company in the area and they don't care about customer service since they have a monopoly. "Friendly Taxi" is the ultimate oxymoron. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

When our flight was delayed after disembarking and we unexpectedly needed to stay at a hotel, he went above and beyond. He offered to pick us up and take us to the airport free of charge just to make sure the kids got there safely. That kind of kindness and care is so rare these days.
