They always call the day before the trip (either way) and are very good about communicating - especially when a flight gets delayed going or coming. Nice clean vehicles. Some of the drivers are chatty but if you tell them you want to doze (5 am departures, ahhh) they will be quiet for you. Paid them at the time of scheduling appt, they got their money. Got confirmation email as well. Tuesday morning waiting for them to pick us up at 5:45 am (flight was for 9am) 6 am not here yet, 6:15 still not here. Friend was calling leaving messages, no answer went right to voicemail, 6:30 still not here and then at 6:40 we decided we would have to drive ourselves or we would miss our flight. Called them when we got to airport about getting full reimbursement on credit card. Never got a call back after leaving about 10 messages. Filed a dispute with credit card company. These guys are thieves. $250 is a lot to loose. Pass the word on to family and friends to never deal with them.

This hunch I had that he wouldn't let me out was completely correct. My ride to Tampa airport was booked a few days before. Communication with Neil was difficult as he wanted flight numbers and other extraneous details. He called me the day before my ride seemingly confused and slurring. I was foolish to not immediately cancel and book Uber right then. Do not make the same mistake I did because it is just a matter of time before this man hurts someone. Neil arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45 am. I would have booked later if I knew he makes an unannounced habit of this, please see his other reviews. I was unable to finish my flight preparations and just quickly grabbed my stuff and rushed out. When I questioned our original booking time he responded defensively so I just stopped talking. After loading my bag I hopped in the car. It's older but in ok shape. Immediately I noticed the smell of incredibly strong cologne. It was suffocating. Neil forgot his credit card machine and had to manually enter my card while mumbling and cursing the whole time. Driving was initially spotty and made me really nervous right away. By Spring Hill he had me audibly gasping. He is not a safe driver. He missed a turn on Cortez and braked hard at a green then appeared to be considering a left from the center lane. The driving worsened as we continued. The lane indicator beeped incessantly as Neil crossed the yellow lane continuously. I was terrified. I texted my partner states away as I was anticipating being in an accident. By the time we got to Tampa International I was begging to be let out anywhere. Literally anywhere. Neil argued with me until I demanded to be let out. Now, hours later, I am sitting at my terminal being harassed by this man. He texted me to make excuses about his driving not long after I ran out of his car. I plan to contact the Citrus County Sheriff's Department as I now suspect that Neil was inebriated when he picked me up. Under no circumstances should you, or anyone you know, use this transportation service.
