I had zero desire to take the train, uber black at the terminal was a complete ripoff and a standard one required taking the air train to howard beach. A quick search turned up this amazing company and from the moment I made contact I was treated like a long time client and friend. Ed was in constant contact every step of the way, immediately taking my information and getting back to me extremely quickly once off the road and able to confirm availability. Even though pickup was two days away, Ed continued to check in making sure nothing had changed and assuring me that we were good to go. I was able to reach him right away after landing and again after wrapping things up at baggage. In basically no time Ed was right there to pick me up. He had asked if I'd like anything to drink for the ride home and had a huge ice cold water waiting for me, absolutely perfect after a long day traveling.
