I have used County Car Service, specifically Big Mike, as my primary car service provider to and from NYC airports for almost three years now. Mike is the best out there. He's never let me down, provides excellent communication, and enjoys what he does. My schedule changes often as I travel for a large corporation, sometimes at the last minute, and Mike stays on top of it all. I travel across the country, in some cases, multiple times monthly. If you are flying in from another city, he actually will look up your flight status to make sure he's there when you arrive, late or early. Big Mike is absolutely professional, punctual and honest. I surprised my wife with car service out to the wineries and Greenport for the day. Mike was so laid back and flexible. We told him where we wanted to go and he got us there. He upgraded us to an SUV. The SUV was spotless and smelled so good. He cleaned in between each stop, even tho it was still the two of us getting in and out. He is easy to talk to and we felt like we spent the day with our uncle. Big Mike is the best! He is courteous, gracious and sincerely wants your ride with him to be memorable. We used him to and from our Cruise ship in Manhattan. He was on time the ride was smooth and conversation flowed. When we got to our destination he pulled right up to the loading area found a porter unloaded our bags and off we went. Same on the way back we found a porter he loaded our bags spoke to Mike and told him where to pick us up. Mike loaded the car and off we went to head home to another pleasant trip.
