Did not know anything about these except what they should cost and that BLP&B were recommended installers in the Rinnai heaters we had researched. Because of the supply chain issues, we were also apprehensive that it might take a long time to achieve. But not only did they come right over, they got the exact model we wanted and installed it within a couple of days. They also took care of the required township permits and explained everything perfectly, and adjusted my faucets so the showers would not stop partially towards "hot", which matters when you are short... as water cools as it falls! And having hot, not tepid water cured the dishwasher's "issues" too! We will use them again.
