Horrible experience, I've made three trips to this business in the past week and it has gotten worse each time. I've called and traveled from Harris County to be told the person who does the service is not there. Last time visiting. This is simply not a good way of conducting business, can't get a good review doing business like this. read more

Got me to "J" who got everything rolling. While sitting and waiting for the work to be done staff walking in and out made sure I was ok. The customer service from onset was AMAZING to say the least. The receptionists Chelsey and Kim were both attentive to my needs and friendly. Not to mention the service. I had a bent rim repaired which was executed to perfection. The Technician who completed the repair was just as curiosity, he educated me on the repair, warranty, and advised if I had any concerns now or in the future to let him know.
