this business is no longer open on Saturdays, so please change your posting to reflect that. I am a shopper of Tires First and have purchased from them for the past 10 years. Plus they also did front end work on my Toyota Tacoma, which had bad bearings and hubs. Excellent service! Tires First nearly caused me to be burned alive, cost me thousands upon thousands of dollars in losses/damages, and totaled my Jeep by fire while I was driving on the highway. I took it to them to have the electrical checked and told them that the alternator and battery went bad and I had already replaced both and that I'd be leaving my vehicle with them for an additional two weeks after they call to tell me it's fixed because I wanted it tested for that long. I was clear that I needed the electrical systems diagnosed. They told me it was the battery and alternator again and I told them that they were wrong but I'd entertain their incorrect diagnosis so we could move past it. They replaced both and kept it for another two weeks, I picked it up, drove it 1/10th of a mile home and the next morning it wouldn't start again. Took it right back to them and told them I wanted it tested for a full month after they fix it this time with the correct diagnosis and that I told them they were wrong the first time. They called back and said they replaced the battery and alternator again and found a misplaced ground wire and that fixed it. I left it with them for another month then went to get it. Drove it for 30 minutes the next day and flames started coming from the AC and hood. Pulled over, flames engulfed the Jeep. I took out my two fire extinguishers and used them, a road crew stopped and used theirs too. Flames came right back and it basically burned to the ground. I corresponded with Tires First through email only so I have the receipts to prove everything I'm saying here plus more negligence on their part. I also have video of the fire timestamped to the next day after picking up my Jeep from them. They fixed nothing, charged me, burned my vehicle to the ground and nearly killed me, and didn't even bother to refund the diagnostic fee. They immediately quit responding after I emailed them the video and told them their negligence caused this. This place is full of crooks and cowards. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I wouldn't let this place give me something as simple air freshener for my vehicle, and even if I did it would take them 7 business days to do so, though they would tell you it would be done same day. Also, don't bother calling for updates on your vehicle because you'll talk to 46 different people who will swear they are working on your vehicle even though that's exactly what they said the day before and day before. We had a blow out on our travel trailer on the way to Destin and were stranded on the side of highway 185 South. We called everyone in the area and no one was willing to assist. We called Tires First and spoke to Brad who was able to send a technician to us to replace all 4 tires where we were. Their center closed at 1:00 and he knew we would never make it there before they closed if we put the spare on so he offered on site installation. This was the first day of vacation for us so we were really upset at the thought that our vacation was ruined. They really came through for us and were very courteous and respectful. The service was very poor. They took almost 2 hours to get to us and took plenty of their time to fix our tire. With a bus full of 45 hungry students it was not appreciated. It has already been 2 more hours and our tire is still not fixed read more

This event occurred a few years back. I brought my car in here to have tires changed. They ended up stripping some screws or something like that.. the manager apologized. They did not have parts in to fix what they had messed up. So the manager actually gave me use of his truck, he felt so bad. I was driving around a huge stick shift truck till they could fix my Mercedes. I thought it was very, very nice of him to do this and could tell he felt bad. There were delays in getting the proper part. Etc, etc. Really nice, kind man who managed the place. The reason this place gets ONE STAR on my review is what the owner stated to me after this incident. They call me in. My car is fixed. The manager is apologizing again for the long delays and hold ups their mistake has cost me. The owner comes over and the manager tells him who I am. The owner, Mark, looks at me and says "Well, sometimes these things happen.....but you know that, don't you?"(No, Mark. I don't know that. In fact, this has never happened in the 20+ years I have been having my tires changed.) And that was it from him. No offer of discount. No apology. Then proceeds to hand me the full bill. I paid it and left. (I personally think he was showing his manager how to "handle" me without having to offer an apology, etc) I have been meaning to disclose this in review. It was the worst treatment I have received at an auto repair place. I would never be back based on his rudeness, but the fact they would mess your car up and be so nonchalant about it is something other future customers need to go into the business knowing. read more

My car had a serious alignment issue after a previous tire place replaced 2 of my tires. Team here was awesome and totally fixed the issue.

We love they guys here! They've always taken care of us and given us a great deal on tires. They have put tires on both of our vehicles and our enclosed trailer! They even saved us when we first moved here and came to us and replaced a tire when we got a flat. Saved us a tow fee and did the replacement right there in the parking lot. read more

We found Tires First thanks to Yelp. Our college age son traveled to GA from college in IA to visit his military brother while on spring break. He had an issue with tires so we landed at Tires First. As parents we all worry about our kids out on the road while away from home. Lifetime warranty Alternator received in 2014 and had to be replaced on 4/2017 and again on 6/2017. **On 4/2017 service was great until I had to pickup my car 3-days later. I got to the shop to leave and the car did not crank. The service technician came out to check it and blame me. I told him when I press my key fob to unlock the car it did not reply so the car was already dead. So him and his crew manage to push the car to the back for additional service. They later found out they blown a fuse in my car. They replaced it with no charge... (3 stars here) **Alternator issues 6/2017 to replace. This time they came up with every excuse not to warrant the alternator now. They stated the alternator has oil damage. So, I asked to see the Alternator after removal but again another excuse "it went back to dealer shop"..Ya Right. I told the service desk guy that i disagree with their opinion due to the fact that the Alternator is refurbished and their is no evidence of oil on it. He said sorry I don't care that's what it is no warranty or fix your valve cover gaskets. When l left their shop I noticed that my alternator was rattling...took car to dealer to fix. I won't dare return my car there ever again. Too many damn problems with them to fix a car...I have more.. even the one about fixing my power steering leak. They charged me for it but did half the work. I had to take that issue to dealer to fix. NOTE: This company has great and awesome Customer Service. They return your calls, they follow up, they explain things well. The guys have generous hearts. The technicians that worked on my cars are suspects...because I always have to return my cars about the same problems. read more

I understand that Covid has changed everything- but it took me 4 visits with hours in their waiting room to fix one flat tire! Not a special tire, just a terrible shop. The staff was friendly, but must keep NOTHING on stock. I heard repeatedly that 'they'd have to order that' for many customers. Their waiting room was never cleaned up ( I left something and it was still there after the weekend. The wrong tire delivered, 'their account problems', whatever. I won't ever be back. Honest, friendly, and good service. Not great at diagnosing an unknown/unusual problem. But haven't found many mechanics who can understand and diagnose from "it makes 'this sound' when I accelerate quickly on the 4th Tuesday after a full moon". There's almost always a wait to drop off or pick up a car at the beginning or end of the day. read more

This business is amazing. EVERY employee I have talked to has treated me so well and handled every situation. I am visiting from Nevada and needed to rotate my tires after an oil change (Walmart didn't want to touch my tires because they were aftermarket wheels). I then looked up a tire shop and found Tires First. I called to get a quote for a rotation and Jay said that he would take care of it with, no charge. We have taken our car to have several items fixed and they just do a rush job and don't tighten bolts, etc. I had another mechanic tell me to take it back because this (several items) were not done correctly. I purchased one of their discount deals from "DealSavers" that was supposed to include Nitrogen Fill service along with oil & filter change & vehicle inspection.. Not only did they NOT deliver the Nitrogen service they added the cost of the service to the ticket. They also did not check & fill the coolant resevior as it was empty when I got the car home. I do not recommend this business for vehicle service. read more

I took my car in for a slow leak in my tire. I left the tire and rim with them and put my spare on while heading to work. I picked up the tire the next day and put it back on my car and it went flat the same day. I took my car back the following Saturday explaining the patch didn't work so they tried it again, saying that I had another nail or hole in the tire, which I doubted. I wake up this morning and the tire is flat again. I am very frustrated. It seems they don't really care and won't apologize. read more

I went to First Tire for the first time. They was very rude to me, I called them for a price check of a tire. When I got there if was a hundred dollars more then they had quoted me over the phone. I cannot recommend this place. I needed to get my new tires and wheels balanced. I took them to Tires First and they said they balanced them. After I left, I noticed that they were vibrating more than when I brought them in. I then noticed that they had scratched 3 out of 4 of the wheels (deep gouges) where the balance weights are. Called Tires First and was told "Yeah that happens." So now I have unbalanced gouged up new wheels! I will not go back there again. read more

Went in on a Saturday for 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment. Waited in waiting room for 2 hours before they call me to the desk telling me the car is ready. I noticed the bill was roughly $100 cheaper than the quote so I look at the receipt and the alignment isn't on there. So I asked "Did you get the alignment?" He said no that they didn't have time. Wtf? You weren't going to tell me?? I won't be going back. I used to work in a shop and we would stay late until every car was finished. They closed at 12 and it was 11 when I paid the bill. To me that is bad customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere. I do not recommend. They also told me that I needed brakes, I had just replaced the pads and rotors on all 4 wheels last month. First, I have had to return my 2001 blue Hynudai Sonata at least 3 times to Tires First for them to correct issues that I am stilling have with the starter that they replaced less than 1 year ago. Second, I needed them to replace the two front tires on my black 2002 Honda Civic about 5 weeks ago and this is what went wrong. After an associate called me and told me that my car was ready to be picked up, I received a second call about 30 minutes later telling me that my car wasn't ready because "one of your rims seems to be cracked". I wondered how could it be cracked since I turned the car without any flat tires or any issues with loss of air. Nevertheless, I ask the man to put my donut on the car until I could order a new rim and then I will get a new tire. Well, today I took my car to another shop to get the new rim and tire put on my car but they were unable to do so because Tires First never returned my rim key/lock. Now, I must purchase a new rim key/lock. The owner has always been nice to my wife and I but the staff and mechanics just continue to make things worse for my car and they will never take my money again! read more
