    Oct 2020 and those struts are still fine. My tires wear evenly and the ride is smooth has it was at the time. Buyer Beware

I chose advanced because they offered perks bucks to the do it yourselfer. So for the past year plus i have been going out of my way to buy parts from advanced on miller road. Shelly and Candy always go out of their way to get me the parts i need and are always very welcoming and professional when i visit. Now, apparently because of what the corporate geniuses at advanced have decided, my perks bucks account has been closed, with $60 available to me! As far as Im concerned Advanced has stolen $60 from me and excluded me from a program thats available to everyone else Without even asking me!!!! But, apparently im not the only one. A quick check of Reddit will show you they do it to everyone that actually buys autoparts and uses perk bucks regularly! Very bad business and shady as hell. As soon as Shelly and Candy make their way to a more reputable business, then my money will too. And, its at least $500 a week!!! until then, i am recommending all my friends, family, coworkers, and DIY associates to skip Advanced and go to another brand. You dont need perks bucks! The others will give you 20% off "every purchase" just for being a loyal customer The same way they did for me!!!! And their stocks aren't plummeting!!!! Final thoughts, Advanced corporate screwed over a very, very loyal customer over a $10 reward program!!! i would drive a 100 miles to get a part before i let Advanced have a penny more of my hard earned money.

I am so elated to make this post because my elderly mother had a very scary experience with her car battery today. However, the wonderful professionals at this location took such great care of her, were patient, explained everything that was going on with her vehicle, and helped her to get the issues resolved. Initially, she went to AutoZone, but they would not assist her because her situation could have caused some bodily injuries as well as damage to her vehicle. But Mr. Alfred stepped up, put her at ease and took such great care of my mother. Additionally, we initially thought that my mother did not get a receipt, so I called back to the store and asked to speak to the manager, and the young man who answered the telephone, was quite delightful, and patched me right through to the manager. I spoke with Miss Jennifer and explained the situation asking for a duplicate receipt. She Looked the transaction up in the system and told me that my mother could come and pick it up as soon as she wanted to. This level of Customer Service is unheard of these days. Most often, it seems like people in the service industry have absolutely no desire to actually help people. However, that is not the experience at this Advance Auto Parts. Hence, the reason that my mother went to this location is because of an exceptional experience that my sister had recently with Mr. Alfred as well. So, this is not just a one-off situation whereas excellent customer service was provided. This is simply what they do at this location. I had trouble with my relatively new front passenger tire. I took it to five businesses for repairs before coming to Discount Tire Co. on Whittlesey Road in Columbus. Even Ford said nothing wrong was discovered. Another company said that I needed a new tire. At that point, I was frustrated and thought the only way to eliminate repeated loss of air pressure was to purchase a new tire then for balance purchase two. Michelin tires are not cheap. However, I didn't want to throw away money before time for it. Yelp took me to Discount Tires with the highest rating for tire repairs out of a list of 10. I was amazed by the customer service. It was discovered that I had a valve leak. Get this, I was charged zero, nothing for the repair. When I need new tires, I will buy them from Discount Tires. Plus, as I waited a short time, I heard how the agents were equally responsive and provided quality concern with other customers. Community, let's support this company.

    Took my car here to get fixed it was reading a sensor they did diagnostics said it was timing chain…read morewithout hesitation I paid 1100 they claim they fixed it. Soon as I got in car check engine light was on ran in told mechanic he comes out says I forgot to reset code. He knew I was heading to Disney with my family in few days. 2 days later check engine light came back on and stalling again. Almost got killed with my kids in car as it turned off on highway with truck behind us. Called Bill mechanic again he said if it goes on give it gas like u stealing the car mind u we did this everytime he told us to. Day we get ready to leave to disney we get my daughter from Huntsville got back car turning off at every light I call again and mechanic says again for 100th time to give it gas like I stealing it. Then car smells like burnt oil and car stopped working. Mind u took the car to autozone everytime check engine light went on and it read new codes. Something so simple. Now the owner calls me and says u need a new engine. First off ya did diagnostics and said it was timing chain now its readying codes that timing chain is off and converta when it never red that before. I did seek legal help and going to do what they told me. LADIES RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION YOU HAVE WITH MECHANICS thank God I have every call document3d snd recorded. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE U GO IN FOR ON3 AND COME OUT WITH NO CAR. Now I been paying users to take me to my treatments but every receipt is being saved trust me.

    My daughter purchased a vehicle here and a service warranty marketed as a bumper to bumper…read morewarranty. We thought it would be best to take it to the dealer who sold the vehicle and the warranty. Boy were we wrong. The service manager, Sandra Craig told us the claim had been denied twice when she hadn't even submitted the claim. When she did submit the claim she sabotaged it. She told the warranty company that the vehicle came in with no coolant and that my daughter continued to drive the vehicle without coolant. When on all auctality all the coolant went into the motor via a blown head gasket. As a service manager she knew the effects of a blown head gasket. My daughter paid $450 to have her vehicle diagnosed and torn down. She was told it was a bad radiator only to find out the radiator is fine. So they did not find out what caused the vehicle to run hot. I guess we paid for nothing because we still don't know the point of failure. We are currently making a video with all the calls to this company and the warranty company stating what they were told. Oh and that bumper to bumper warranty is not what you think.
