I just needed to show proof of insurance so I went here instead of the dmv. The young lady at the counter was much more concerned with texting than doing her job. After I left she contacted me an hour later asking which car I needed the proof for.... Really? (Only one car on my insurance ID) I replied with the requested information in detail. After more than a month waiting for my reg in the mail. I realized she just straight up did nothing. Then I went to go wait in line at the dmv. Like if you're not going to do anything at least tell me so I don't get pulled over thinking I've already done my part. Waste of time Is it the stores fault? Maybe, maybe not. Just my experience‍
