We decided to go with a hometown shop, and I regret it. Not only did it take longer than they said it would take, the owner was extremely rude not only to me but to everyone around her. When I try to voice my concerns about the service she talked over me and would not listen.We still have flooring to do in our basement, but we are going with a different company this time.
