They sent a technician who found that the original plumber, who signed his receipt as Jim M., had not opened the valve to allow the hot water to run into the tub or shower. On a previous occasion a younger workman (Carlo) cut into ceramic tile in my bathroom rather extensively, leaving everything in there, even what was in cabinets, covered in glass-dust. That unit (heat pump/condenser) was replaced due to "grounded condenser''. Jan. 2023, I had to contact the AC company again because the unit was not cooling. A technician was sent out the next day. Feb. 2023, I contacted the company once again because the unit was not cooling. I was told a more experienced technician would come out. Mr. J came the next day. He indicated that "the unit had not been properly charged" and that "freon level was only enough to heat, not cool". He said that he would "make a note to return in Mar or Apr when weather is warmer to charge, at no cost to us". It's almost the end of Apr and I have not received a call to schedule an appointment. We had a Trane for 20+ years prior to purchasing this unit which is why we chose to buy a Trane unit again. However, it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience since the purchase of our new Trane XR14.
