Highly Recommend! First off, I was delighted when I stumbled upon Cassan Wildlife and found it was locally owned and operated and dealt with the wildlife in a humane way. So I contacted Cassan Wildlife about an outdoor rodent issue and Ben (the owner and operator) was very quick to respond and schedule a day to come out (very quickly) and lay down traps. It only took a night and the problem was caught and Ben came out first thing the next morning when I called. Having had quotes from "known" companies with full "solutions", it was a breath of relief to have a real person (not on some script) to work with who was very professional and knew what to do for the actual issue at a reasonable price without wasting anyone's time with full $$$ solutions that were not necessary. Thankfully did not need that this time, but if I did/do it will be Cassan Wildlife I call from now on. And for any wildlife service I may need in the future. Highly Recommend!

Longer version: When we heard scratching in our ceiling and walls and it didn't stop, we knew we needed to get someone to help us out. After calling and getting quotes from other companies, I happened across the recommendation for Ben. Ben was very responsive and came out as soon as he was able to. Unlike the others, Ben physically got on the roof to confirm some issues and found entry points for our rodent friends that the others had missed. Not only that, but Ben's price for the trapping & sealing the roof areas was wonderful. He came out to set the traps, then came back twice to check them. He cleared out our rodent situation and we've been noise free in the walls since. I would absolutely hire Ben again for any future situation and recommend he be your first call for any pest control issues here in Central Florida.

He quickly responded to my online request for services and came out to do his inspection. His years of experience were quickly evident. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that that he was not only knowledgeable of this craft but also incredibly respectful of our situation. He took the necessary time to assess the situation and strategize how to safely and humanely remove what he had determined to be a raccoon that had breached our home through an exterior soffit under the roof and possibly had babies there as well all without causing addtional stress to our ailing mother who had recently arrived home from the hospital. His professionalism was also exemplified as he explained each step of the process and also by sticking to this schedule as promised as he returned on several occcasions to humanely trap what tuned out to be a young momma raccoon. He was compassionate and understanding making sure to approach the removal in a way that minimized any disruption. It was clear that he cared not just the task at hand but about the well being of our family in the middle of a health crisis as well as the wildlife involved. Thank to his expertise, he was able to safely extract the mother raccoon and later the babies without creating multiple holes in the exterior of the house, once again showcasing his respect for both our homw and the animals. I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the onset he laid out his plan and transparent pricing which is reasonable especially considering the amount of time spent to complete the job. He accepts payment once the job is completed. If you ever find yourself in need of critter removal, this the person you want on your side. Critter Jim, thank you for your exceptional service, and for helping us through a difficult time with empathy, grace and professionalism.

It all started one night with some Very Loud Thumping in the attic. Poltergist? Unlikely. Raccoon?…read moreMost likely. Who ya gonna call? Well after some online research, these guys. We opted out of emergency weekend service and instead left the lights on.in the attic all weekend. They came and inspected and sure enough, a raccoon had been there and rats. They installed a one way trap for the raccoon, as I didn't want it euthanized, rat traps and duct tape to further verify what kind of critters were taking up residence and sealed off every possible entrance. I also decided to have them re-insulate the attic as said critters had pretty much torn it up, plus left unsanitary messes. They completed the job in one day and the attic looks great now! Plus the "eviction" had worked, as there was no fur on the tape (they checked several days in a row.)

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Critter Control of Orlando…read more The biggest issue has been their repeated failure to communicate accurate appointment times. Every time I schedule a service visit, I'm given a specific appointment time--such as 12:00 PM--and told that the technician will call around that time or beforehand with an exact ETA. That call never comes. Instead, I end up having to call the office myself, only to learn that the technician is running significantly behind schedule. After the office contacts the technician, I typically receive a text stating they'll arrive two to two-and-a-half hours after the scheduled appointment time. If appointments are really being handled as service windows, then just be upfront about it. Tell customers the technician will arrive sometime between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM. I can work around that. What I can't work around is being told a specific time and then having to repeatedly chase down updates. I work during the week and often on weekends as well, so scheduling accuracy and communication are extremely important. What's even more concerning is the actual service being provided. During the most recent visit, the inspector never entered my home. He simply walked around the exterior and pointed out an area where bats are allegedly entering--a location that Critter Control itself had previously repaired. Meanwhile, we continue to find evidence of bats inside our living spaces, and occasionally the bats themselves. To make matters worse, nearly every night I can see bats swarming around the upper portions of our house. It honestly looks like something out of Stranger Things or a Scooby-Doo episode--and I do not mean that as a joke. It is genuinely alarming and concerning to witness. Seeing that level of bat activity around the home while continuing to find evidence of them inside makes it difficult to believe the problem is being effectively addressed. At this point, I have very little confidence that the root cause of the problem is being properly addressed. We have no idea how many bats may be present in the structure, and the fact that they are entering occupied living areas raises serious health and safety concerns. I understand that bats are protected during certain times of the year, but when wildlife is actively invading living spaces, homeowners need clear guidance, communication, and responsive service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I constantly feel like I'm the one managing the process and chasing down answers. Based on my experience, Critter Control of Orlando has shown poor communication, unreliable scheduling, and a lack of urgency regarding an issue that directly impacts my family's health and safety.

I reached out to 4 companies and some of them didn't even bother showing up to my home to make an assessment before providing me a quote. Kenny showed up at my house on the same day we called, and his price was the most competitive of them all. He set up traps and went on his way, sadly for him and myself the squirrels never went in, this went on for almost a week and he showed up every day and checked, on the last day he decided to try an inside trap as we finally figured out the squirrels went through a wall. He set up a trap inside the house on the wall and the next morning the two squirrels had been captured and not harmed. He came to remove the trap and it was touching to see how caring he was towards the squirrels; they were dehydrated and he immediately made arrangements to take them to someone that would bring them back to life and care for them before being set back free. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals, so very kind and respectful. They always wore masks coming into the house or even outside of the house and just overall an amazing experience for something that was annoying to begin with. Thank you Kenny for turning a negative situation into something not so bad!
