If they do show up, they don't finish the job when they say they will. You end up calling them multiple times to finish what they started, and they never come back to complete the work. Trapline is the exception to that rule. I made contact with them, they showed up as promised, and did all the work they said they would. They got rid of some very destructive raccoons for me and repaired my soffits. They gave me a quote and a handshake, and they delivered on all of it in a very tight time schedule. I never had to call them back. They did the work they promised completely without any prompting from me. That is rare in this day and age. If you are in the Orlando area and have critters driving you crazy call Trapline and let them take care of it for you. You guys deserve the five stars, you earned it. Highly Recommend! First off, I was delighted when I stumbled upon Cassan Wildlife and found it was locally owned and operated and dealt with the wildlife in a humane way. So I contacted Cassan Wildlife about an outdoor rodent issue and Ben (the owner and operator) was very quick to respond and schedule a day to come out (very quickly) and lay down traps. It only took a night and the problem was caught and Ben came out first thing the next morning when I called. Having had quotes from "known" companies with full "solutions", it was a breath of relief to have a real person (not on some script) to work with who was very professional and knew what to do for the actual issue at a reasonable price without wasting anyone's time with full $$$ solutions that were not necessary. Longer version: When we heard scratching in our ceiling and walls and it didn't stop, we knew we needed to get someone to help us out. After calling and getting quotes from other companies, I happened across the recommendation for Ben. Ben was very responsive and came out as soon as he was able to. Unlike the others, Ben physically got on the roof to confirm some issues and found entry points for our rodent friends that the others had missed. Not only that, but Ben's price for the trapping & sealing the roof areas was wonderful. He came out to set the traps, then came back twice to check them. He cleared out our rodent situation and we've been noise free in the walls since. He quickly responded to my online request for services and came out to do his inspection. His years of experience were quickly evident. From the moment he arrived, it was clear that that he was not only knowledgeable of this craft but also incredibly respectful of our situation. He took the necessary time to assess the situation and strategize how to safely and humanely remove what he had determined to be a raccoon that had breached our home through an exterior soffit under the roof and possibly had babies there as well all without causing addtional stress to our ailing mother who had recently arrived home from the hospital. His professionalism was also exemplified as he explained each step of the process and also by sticking to this schedule as promised as he returned on several occcasions to humanely trap what tuned out to be a young momma raccoon. He was compassionate and understanding making sure to approach the removal in a way that minimized any disruption. It was clear that he cared not just the task at hand but about the well being of our family in the middle of a health crisis as well as the wildlife involved. He provided scent markers to help deter the raccoon--all at no charge. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services and was completely transparent about the situation. It's rare to find a company this fair and trustworthy. We opted out of emergency weekend service and instead left the lights on.in the attic all weekend. They came and inspected and sure enough, a raccoon had been there and rats. They installed a one way trap for the raccoon, as I didn't want it euthanized, rat traps and duct tape to further verify what kind of critters were taking up residence and sealed off every possible entrance. I also decided to have them re-insulate the attic as said critters had pretty much torn it up, plus left unsanitary messes. They completed the job in one day and the attic looks great now! Plus the "eviction" had worked, as there was no fur on the tape (they checked several days in a row.)

I cannot recommend Critter Control based on my experience…read more I hired Critter Control for attic remediation, wildlife exclusion, and insulation replacement. Critter Control subcontracted the insulation work to Sun Insulation. The exclusion work was completed, but the insulation installation was canceled on the scheduled day due to the subcontractor's equipment failure. This left us without insulation during a Florida summer and forced us to scramble to find another company on the eve of a holiday weekend. We ultimately had to pay for a hotel because our home was not ready to occupy. What disappointed me most was not the equipment failure itself. Unexpected problems happen. It was how Critter Control handled the situation afterward. The owner never returned my calls.The insulation company's manager never returned my calls. The office staff repeatedly minimized the impact of the cancellation. I was told that because I had rescheduled an appointment weeks earlier, after a vendor that was scheduled to complete work that needed to be completed before the insulation could be replaced was delayed due to a car accident, that this situation was somehow my responsibility. The discussion repeatedly focused on how quickly the exclusion work had been completed while largely ignoring that the insulation portion of the project--the reason the house was uninhabitable--was never completed by their subcontractor. Critter Control eventually agreed to reimburse one hotel night, which I appreciate. However, they refused to remove or adjust the bundled warranty despite the fact that I no longer have confidence in using their company in the future. The office manager just kept repeating "You signed the estimate." When I said that I signed it in good faith that it came with at least a basic level of customer service, she simply kept repeating herself. Legally, she is correct. But it was certainly poor business practices. Throughout this process, even before things went wrong, I felt like I had to manage the project myself rather than having the company take ownership of the customer experience. Multiple phone calls went unreturned and the team at Critter Control did nothing to help facilitate communication with the subcontractor they chose. The biggest lesson I learned is that when you hire Critter Control, you are also depending on the performance of their subcontractors. If something goes wrong, don't assume you'll receive proactive communication or have easy access to company leadership. I sincerely hope others have a better experience than I did, but based on mine, I would not hire this company again.
