They helped me more times than I can count with paint, chicks, chicken feed, etc. It's hard to find good, friendly, and helpful customer service at hardware type stores, especially as a woman. This place had always taken amazing care of me and my family! Myron even takes time to engage my two small children and has even introduced my girls to all the employees that pass by. Lol!!! No one takes time like that out of their tasks to show a customer they are important...not just their money. The previous post, which was negative, is about a poor rental experience. That is the one area of the store I have not dealt with so I can't deny or confirm. But as apparent of the managers reply to the post, they do a VERY good job at striving for customer satisfaction.
