So we called McGregor's about our 10 year warranty and a middle aged (50? 70?) lady said, "If there's any stain, we won't honor the warranty!" The law forbids my workers from even touching that mattress!" McGregor Lady turned on her heel and literally stormed out of the farmhouse without another word or even listening to us.
