We asked for a quote for remediation and he never sent one. A week later I followed up asking for the quote again. It was never sent. We had another mold company come out and he told us that the previous test had been done incorrectly and only one sample should have been taken to determine the extent of the mold. Cornerstone asked to take a separate test of each room, which was an astounding $75/test. Overall, huge waste of money and time. We now have another company coming out days after the initial assessment to fix the mold issue.

Our system was repaired by Straight Paths 10 times before the system was turned on. The pipes were deemed faulty and the system wasn't replaced. We have had to repair the system several times over the past 3 years. The past 2 repairs David was contacted and he told us we needed to have grace and mercy.
